I payed using my debit card, and there's a place to add a tip on receipt. I usually tip cash, so I put 0 for tip. Well like I said, the massage was good, but she kept talking to someone in the other room. This really detracted from the relaxing experience it should have been. Plus she kept leaving the room, at least 3 times. I thought maybe since I tipped 0 upfront, I didn't deserve a great experience. I read someone else's review where he tipped $20 upfront and got the same experience. Anyways, it cost $50 for an hour massage, I ended up giving her a $10 cash tip since that was the only cash I had on me. Needless to say, I am still on the hunt for a foot reflexology place!

She got between my toes without causing discomfort (this is RARE for me), she relaxed my calves, my arches feel like a million dollars, I feel like I could spend my birthday night dancing in heels!!! We called our insurance to see what happened and they reported to us that Lazette had indeed called to check and they told her they did not cover her as a provider. They even gave us the date and time on record she had called. And then she told us we were good to go??! We tried several times to call and after months of receiving bills, we decided to just pay it and wash our hands of the stress it was bringing us. Now, one year and several months later we received the bill for his other massage. OVER A YEAR LATER. What kind of business does this?! Also, who charges $180 for a massage? If you're charging that much, I would have gone to an actual spa with the services to match the price. Save yourself and avoid this place. I think she is a good massage therapist, but her business delivery is a nightmare and caused us more stress than multiple massages could take away.

Very disappointed, if they needed to cancel they should have called or emailed me then I might have been able to get an appointment elsewhere. I very rarely get an opportunity to get a massage (or any time to myself) and this was supposed to be rare treat, instead I spent my "me" time standing in a hall.
