They were recommended to me by a coworker who previously worked in the local dental industry, and I'd recommend them, too. A couple times they've rescheduled because of things outside their control, which is frustrating (ie, my next set of aligners haven't yet arrived from the maker). But the key to recognize is that they checked their schedule of appointments a few days ahead, realized they weren't ready for the appointment because a 'piece' is missing, and affirmatively reached out to me to reschedule in the days leading up to the appointment, rather than me finding out the hard way by showing up at the appointed time and getting bad news. I truly appreciate this level of service.

He is probably the only dentist I would drive 200 miles round trip to see. My wife also is a patient of Dr Reiter's and she thinks he is the best dentist she has been to in her life. I would also like to mention docs assistant and wife. Cathy is a lot of fun and a great assistant. One more thing and I think this is very important. No Pain.. I have been going there for over 2 years. My dentist is Dr. Gabriel Trujillo who is very knowledgeable and professional in his field. In general this office is well run, very knowledgeable and polite team, impeccable sanitation, top notch technology. They have done for me crowns and a mouth guard on site among other dental work. I have recommended to friends and their experience has been excellent as well. On my way out, I also enjoy their coffee available in the lobby area. During my last visit, camera crew was taking some videos and photos of the practice so I was able to take a few during this time for this review.

We went to a different dentist for a second opinion. And it turns out there was only 3 cavities in her mouth. Bright star dental was ready to rip 2 teeth out of her mouth for absolutely no reason as well as drill into a tooth for a root canal that she did not need. This place is money hungry and will say whatever they need to say to get as much as possible. Also, they quoted us a little over 13,000 dollars for this. The second dentist quoted us 2,000 for the stuff she ACTUALLY needed help with.BRIGHT STAR DENTAL, how fucking dare you put someone I love in danger for absolutely no fucking reason. A crown was terrifying for me but he and his team were patient and answered all of my questions, kept me laughing, kept me so numb that I was numb until I fell asleep and the final product is so beautiful you would never know I even had dental work done.
