He came to look at the project ON TIME and spent a good half hour going over my expectations as well as what he thought was needed. We came to an agreement and 2 weeks later the job is done! Project required 55 yards of fill and he topped that with 4"of topsoil, seeded and placed hay over the area for the new grass to take hold. His men cleaned up both nights before they left and you would NEVER know that they were there! His equipment 'damaged' some of the existing grass and he left a WHOLE bag of seed to make it right again! The review was what you did like it or not. And telling me how long you have been in business while treating customers as you do only means there a lot of people that don't mind being harassed. I contacted lawn doctor corporate to see about how they want to address continuing harassment and the guarantee that is suppose to be there when a customer sees unsatisfactory work. As well as the BBB to see if they can help. A little side note. Yelp is a great place to show concern for customer issues. To decide here to ok unprofessional behavior lets future potential customers decide on their own to see if they want to go through this and if the lawn doctor guarantee is real. I suggest everyone check the internet for lawn doctor complaints. You'll see my treatment and the unsatisfactory work is common with lawn doctor.
