During my visit, my belongings/items were thrown in the trash without proper communication. As a food vendor, those items could not be reused, causing me an unnecessary loss. What made the situation worse was how I was spoken to. I was made to feel disrespected and was even told that I couldn't afford to be a customer there. That was extremely insulting and unprofessional. I have sent several emails attempting to address the situation and give the business an opportunity to respond, but I still have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. I also have photos and documentation supporting what happened. I expected better treatment and communication. Customers and vendors deserve basic respect, regardless of how much they spend.
