Spent good money there, but no refund after i saw him an hour ago for a 50 dollar purchase? Just not a way to lose a customer when they get maybe 2 people a day.

After bringing it back to the store the same day, telling them it wasn't charging, I was told there were no exchanges allowed but this would be "an exception".
