Nice to know how they treat their veterans and med patients with such little respect. Never go to this place, and don't fall for their rewards program, and never pay over 60 for a half. Outrageous and immature behavior. Would not recommend, even the rudest stoner. I'd give it negative stars if I could, because there was nothing positive about this place.

I ordered a 2 gram bucket of Live Resin…read moreBadder and when I got to the business to pick it up I ran into two major issues: the guy working the drive thru, who was wearing a bright green hat and had a curly beard, tried to charge me $70 more than the original price. I told him thats not what was on my receipt and he immediately got flustered and combative. HUGE RED FLAG. I pulled out the receipt from my email and showed it to him, where he rolled his eyes and said "fine. We just have to re-do the transaction." Why would you have to re-do the transaction unless you were purposely and illegally trying to charge me more? Then, the moron gave me the wrong item! He gave me a "2 gram Diamonds and Sauce" piece of crap that I couldn't use. I unfortunately found this out when I got home, so when I called to talk to a manager the receptionist just said "they're going to ask you to come in anyway so you might as well come back if you want to deal with it " Was that supposed to deter me from fixing YOUR problem? I went back to this god-awful store and waited forever while some random guy at reception took my ID and just fully disappeared. Didn't bring me back to help out, just left me waiting at the front lobby hoping that this stranger would bring my ID back and wasn't copying it or trying to steal my information. Then some random guy comes out and shows me some stupid fucking receipt that those idiots printed off and tried to gaslight me into thinking I actually ordered the Diamonds and Sauce. THANKFULLY, there's one thing that was completely out of their control- the online receipt I received in my email. I wish you would have seen the absolute dumbfounded look on their faces when I showed them the email that very clearly stated that I ordered a Live Resin Badder and had NO indication of "Diamonds and Sauce" anywhere in the email receipt. Again, the idiots disappeared behind their little door but at least this time they left me with my ID. The female manager assured me that "we are going to fix this. Should be easy." 5-10 minutes later, one of the guys that originally tried to gaslight me came back with some money that didn't even total the original amount they charged me and said "oops, it's actually out of stock." No alternative options were given. They didn't even have the intelligence to suggest I just get a different strain. It was obvious that they had been caught in their little con and were trying to usher me out of the door as soon as possible. I've submitted this information to local review sites and made a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website. I'll do anything I possibly can to spread the word in the Kansas City area of their lies, deceit, and illegal practices.

I had purchased multiple items today and when returning home I took a puff of my .5 Clovr cookies and cream live resin cart and was immediately met with a burnt coil. I made sure my voltage was not too high and after a second puff it tasted worse. So i came back to your store with a receipt and the original packaging so i can get an exchange. The person helping me grabbed what i assume was a manager and i was met with accusations that i caused the coil to burn and it was my fault that my pen had not worked properly. So he had refused to help me beyond telling me to contact Clovr themselves. I have had bad coils before in the past from other dispensaries and as long as i have my receipt they can give me an exchange. I am happy that there are a multitude of other dispensaries in my area that have a better respect for the customer. I will not be shopping at fresh green after this experience.
