Quality was amazing. Not a single complaint in the quality. What I will warn others like me, who saw the 20% off coupon off ALL SERVICES that you get when you "check in" as instructed when you're at the location, the owner will NOT HONOR this coupon because it "expired in 2018" - which you can't see until after you check in and click "redeem now". As a consumer, it doesn't seem normal for the owner of a business to refuse to honor this coupon especially after walking him through how it looks on the app on the consumer end - especially since this was the main reason I chose this nail salon over others to try. The owner stated "he's going to try to get it taken down".... But if that's been up since 2018.......its now 2023.... Regardless, the quality was VERY good. But not honoring their posted coupon put a sour twist on an otherwise very enjoyable experience. (I simply would have chose cheaper options on their services than the ones I did had I known they weren't going to honor that coupon.) read more

Location is perfect for me because I drive 3 minutes from my apartment and I'm right back home. I always call ahead and ask if I can come in just in case and they always answer the phone. I needed a flexible last minute place that I don't need a reservation and it works with my schedule. They convinced me to try SNS dipping powder to help with nail growth and suggested it's lighter in weight and packed with vitamins for your nails. I haven't been anywhere since and all my nails grew nice and long and they are strong! I also come it if it breaks (which is never) and they fix it for free. First place I've been where they really care about my nail health, so caring and always makes my nails look beautiful!

The owner was ridiculously rude and would not finish my nieces nails after she was looking at the length. Therefore Chrissy who was in the middle of prepping me to remove my SNS also indicated that she would not do mine. He walked away and asked her if she did nails, I'm not sure what the issue is with looking at your nails while service is being completed since we are paying for the service. So to the owner, please do better. read more

The place is okay. The area is clean, but the work station I got was not. The color and shape of nail came out good but if I don't tell the nail technician about cleaning around the nails where paint clearly was, she wouldn't have cleaned it. Obviously, she didn't clean it well... Go at your discretion. read more

Love this place! Tim is funny and his wife Katie is very detailed and patient (with Tim too lol). I recommend them to everyone. The salon is brand new and clean. Nice atmosphere. I never feel rushed here. They're always happy to see me. Less toxic/organic nail products is what interested me most about this place and I have not been disappointed. Conveniently located at Clyde Morris and Madeline in the Walmart neighborhood market shopping center. I don't think many ppl know they're there yet so I've never had to wait which is great. Very happy with visit here with my ma! The staff took very good care of us and did a great job! Everything in the store is brand new and the techs are gentle since I'm ticklish and weren't worried about me moving my toes so much when scrubbing! Another place had refused serve due to my ticklish toes and organic did it with no troubles! They have detox stuff which I did not opt for but overall very happy!!! Update: back in end of June as just as awesome as ever! Ma's nail polish lasted a long time and was happy to come back! Staff was super friendly and made the experience nice and relaxing! Update: valve back again and Mr Tim saw my phone was low on charge and brought a charger! You can't ask for better service! read more

I went here and had a $45 pedi, a full acrylic set with gel nail polish on top, and an eyebrow wax. My total was $100, and I tipped $20. After looking through the photos and finding the "menu," I'm not sure why my total was $100. It seems like it should have been around $88-$90. However, I did get stiletto nails and I did have my original nail polish removed, so maybe that's where the additional charges come from. However, I wish I hadn't tipped that much once I got home... because once I got a good look in the mirror, I realized a CHUNK of my eyebrow was waxed off. I look ridiculous. It's much worse in person. There were two different people who worked on me: one person who did my pedi and eyebrows, and one who did the new set. The set looks fantastic, but I can't believe the person who did my eyebrows didn't think to say anything or apologize. I can understand that mistakes happen, but you don't let someone walk out of the salon unaware that they've got a chunk of their eyebrow missing. Gave the salon two stars because I did love my new set, but really discouraged that I paid a total of $120 to leave the salon with part of my eyebrow missing. read more

Made 2 appts for pedis @ 1:30. My friend took me (on vaca) BC she has been going to them for many years (previously Miami nails). They said we had an appt for nails...she assumed that BC my friend is a regular and friend stated she specifically said "pedicures." First mistake, never assume and pay attention! After 35 minutes, sat us at foot bath. Prior to this they said they'd be with us in 20 min. We sat with our feet in water for over an hour while they repeatedly told us they would be right there. I called them out and reminded them they'd be with us in 20 minutes an hour ago. She proceeded to call me a liar and snap at us. We left. Pay attention when an appt is made, if you can't fulfill the service in a timely manner, admit it..do not make false promises. She was rude and unprofessional. Incidentally, my friend has been going to these nail techs for over 10 years. Will not return. read more
