I've been going to organic Pilates since January 2026. I was nervous to try it out since I was brand new to Pilates in general and reformer Pilates. Rhyanne, Keri, and Aly have been so welcoming and I look forward to going twice a week. The space is beautiful and Pilates is always more of a workout than I expect. The instructors tell you how to modify moves to be more or less challenging. It's been a great way to get back into exercise and I'm so glad I chose this studio to go to. We booked a private session here as part of a girls weekend getaway, and it was honestly the best Pilates class I've ever taken! Keri, the owner, was so kind and accommodating--she went out of her way to fit us in for a private session and made the whole process super easy. Our instructor Rhyanne was wonderful too--very patient, encouraging, and great at guiding us through the movements so we felt comfortable and challenged at the same time. The studio has such a welcoming and calming energy. It's very clean and aesthetically pleasing, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I have been going to Keri for about 5 years and it is my favorite part of my week! She has a beautiful and clean studio with all the equipment you could need. She provides private classes if you are new and has the best small group classes. She makes everyone in class feel comfortable and supported, even if the movement is hard, she finds variations for everyone to participate. After three months learning with my daughter here, we found we love Pilates but very disappointed for Keri's ignorance and self centered couching. Although it calls organic yet she doesn't mean life caring but means certain price and level like high end stores. Keri couched without warm heart or caring to really help people but surround with self centered and narcissistic vibes. She kept her discrimination and perfectionism towards people that you can keep on feeling through the classes. You would feel not valued or not good enough all the time here if you are not in good shape or good performance as certain type like Keri self. After we quit the class, she didn't even return the payment for the rest classes that she promised. Be aware if you want to avoid narcissistic personality. read more

I was not planning to work out during the week I was in town visiting my parents, but my mother invited me to join her for her weekly pilates class. I have done pilates before but not with a reformer. Keri, the owner, was so helpful in showing me the ropes in how to utilize the reformer for a great workout. I loved it! At first I thought the workout was too easy. I'm used to intense Hiit classes or high cardio dance classes. But I sure did feel it almost immediately after the class when all my muscles felt like they had warped into jello. I enjoyed it so much, in fact, that I convinced my mother to bring me to her Thursday class as well. Keri is a great instructor and so easy to follow. This place is amazing! Absolutely LOVE the Pilates here! I cake to redding to visit my sister for 2 weeks, so I wanted to find a Pilates studio I could drop in at while I was in town. Keri is not only the SWEETEST person ever! She's an amazing instructor! The classes had good variety, were fun, and I definitely got a good workout! I paid the drop in fee for each class I went to, but there are also packages and deals for classes. I absolutely enjoyed all of the classes I did here and if I'm ever in Redding again, I will definitely be coming back to the studio. Also, the studio is so stinking cute! Let me begin by saying how amazing this studio is! Keri, the owner, has put so much thought into everything. She is very professional and wants all of her students to succeed. I have known her for over 20 years and she has always been a caring individual. As a business owner myself I recognize we can never make everyone happy. It's literally impossible. But when I read the review on here that wasn't so pleasant, it just made me beyond angry! It would be different if it was actually true on all accounts. What she failed to leave out was how during class she threw a ball at Keri, the owner, and our instructor!! All of us were in shock! Who does something like this during class, especially when they show up late every time also?? I always tell people to consider the source. And in this case, this is the type of person who wants to give a low review. With that said, Keri has all her student's support and even during this incident she carried herself with class and dignity. As a guy, I always laughed in movies that referenced "Pilates". I though it was just for women and it didn't seem like it took much to do it. I started training on the reformer with Keri and this work is more challenging than I thought. The classes are small and I like the personalized treatment I get. I also like how clean and open the space is. Keri is really fun to work with and makes the workouts challenging. I would highly recommend this studio. read more
