I highly recommend Elite Barré fitness studio. This place is a hidden gem. If you want to get in shape, yet still have fun this is the place for you. If you've never tried Barré I suggest you come take a trial class to check it out. Unlike bigger facilities. when you join Barré the instructors will know your name from day one. Michelle, the owner has made this into a warm welcoming environment. The classes I've attended so far have all been females. The instruction is set to any level or size and you will benefit as long as you keep moving. I am making my way through the instructors and have enjoyed everyone I've had so far. Great workout! It is different from anything else I have done. It combines ballet, cardio, and pilates. Really works on control and strengthening. I was reluctant to try it and finally did. I love it because I feel like I have really worked out and had fun doing it. Michelle is great, very encouraging and you can see yourself getting stronger as you go. This is probably the most nurturing and inspirational studio I've been to and I visit quite a bit of studios. Elite Barre will always stand out for me. Michelle, the owner is very professional and authentic. you don't get anything phony or bad vibes with her. she truly wants all of her students to succeed and feel good about themselves. You could just feel her positive and good energy exude ! The actual workout program is rejuvinating. Tiffany and Michelle provide different workout routines which really shape your body and give you that good sore feeling the next day. You don't get bulky but you build that toned, feminine frame. Michele is a wonderful instructor. I'm not the most athletic or fit person but, was able to do the workouts and leave feeling AWESOME! I am writing this for my wife Kimberly who owns Kimberly Grooming next door. Again, this is from a husbands perspective as to what he thinks of Elite Barre and those who run it. At first I thought, bummer, here we go again with wasting money on something she won't have time to do, will get bored of, and ultimately, will see absolutely no results from. Well, after 7 weeks, I have to apologize for my skepticism and say thank you to Michele, Tiffany, Hilary, and Sherri for not only keeping Kim interested, but she is having fun and loosing inches. This is coming from a man who has watched her try everything from Denise Austin workout tapes to P-90X Xtream, swimming, biking, elliptical, tread mills, and everything in-between and get very little in the results department. She had pretty much given up on loosing belly and hip fat. You girls are fixing that. And, you have also fixed another problem at the same time. PAIN!!! She has extreme Sciatica in her back at times and she usually goes to see the chiropractor at least once a week at a cost of $50.00. But since the pain would usually come back in a few day's, it was not curing the problem. Your classes pretty much have. She has been once in nearly 2 months. This class is AWESOME! I have a Labrum tear in my hip. I have not been able to do any physical exercise for a year and half which has been very difficult since I love to exercise. I heard about the class and decided to give it a try. I started off slow, you can go at your pace in this class which is great. This class has been amazing, it has helped me build all the muscles in my hip area which in return has helped my healing process with the platelet injections. I have no pain and love this class....Great Workout and Michele the instructor is AWESOME!! read more

I cannot stress how happy I am to find this class! Personally, I have much room for improvement with fitness and I am excited about my new me that is taking shape. This class is amazing and I am over the top impressed. The instructor (Michele) has the impressive ability to lead a large group and yet make it individualized; encouraging, motivating, taking note of previous or existing injuries and watching our individual form to prevent injuries.
