She moved my appt around to make sure I got a therapist that would suit my preferences. The spa is clean and very relaxing. The locker rooms and restrooms were very clean. Complimentary robes and slippers were provided along with personal lockers.. My therapist, Sage, was so goooooodddd! She paid close attention to my various ailments and made sure that I was comfortable. I will definitely see her again. They have a very large retail section. I just wish I had enough time to look at everything.

We have great conversations that make time go by and elevate the facial to more than just a facial- a whole experience. She always puts in her best effort into my skin and has me leaving flawlessly. I once had these two millia on my skin (specifically my eye lids) and my dermatologist recommended me to get some kind of surgery to burn them off. However, she was able to patiently remove them with such meticulous effort. If it wasn't for her, I would have gone through surgery to remove them. I also want to say that I am on Accutane, so this place is Accutane friendly! Normally, people on Accutane can not get facials due to dehydrated skin, but I have to say that Naha caters to diverse pool of skins! She always uses products that will help elevate and clean my skin without damaging it. Hence, my dermatologist recommending me to go to an esthetician and remove my blackheads. Thank you Naha for helping me maintain my youthful skin. I always leave happy here, and I hope to continue to do so!

The clinic/spa is super clean. She wore gloves and a mask which I personally appreciate and also sanitized the room before she brought me in. She was a good conversationist and had some good advise and insights about my skin. She took her time with me. The girl in the front office was also super sweet and polite and when Maha was running behind a few minutes, they both took the time to come talk to me individually. It made me feel like a valued customer. Definitely recommend. I will probably go for a microdermabrasion facial next.

After we redeemed our gift card, there was an issue with gratuity. When we were gifted this a few years back, our friends mentioned they had added 20% tip. I believe the price of the massage went up, which makes sense. However, the front desk person made it seem like prices haven't changed and it was odd that the tip was so little. I saw a recommendation and advertisement for Refined Aesthetics and I'm glad i finally checked it out. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet. I was actually taken aback by the kindness of the staff. Amanda is great! She is easygoing and not pushy at all. Amanda reviewed my medical history and actually explained things much better than my regular dermatologist. Amanda has been an aesthetician for many years and also has a background in dermatology so I felt like I was in good hands. She asked questions about what I wanted vs. and made recommendations that weren't just "do as much as possible." Instead she advised me so I could take a conservative approach. Note that the parking lot in the back is small, so be careful getting in and out if your car is on the larger size. Leesburg has plenty of parking but the lot has a door directly into the business so it's a more convenient location. Definitely recommend scheduling a consultation here and see for yourself.
