She said hi, but displeased. She asked, "so that's Groupon?" like she wants to imply something. She was all complaining with a discouraging face and tone of voice. She said she was only going to do the remaining time for me because I was late, not only that, she said, I still have to fill out I think more than 5-page forms which is an implication that since they are lot of pages, I may not have enough time to really do the facials. At the back of my mind, OMG! gurl! Am I getting this for free??? Helooo.. I paid for this! Grrr! I was still positive and composed but still she continued complaining..
