We could not be more pleased with the exceptional quality of the work. In regards to attentional to detail and diligence, he and his workers really went above and beyond. Additionally, for such a big job, the price was extremely fair. My wife and I highly recommend George Ross for any of your hardscaping projects.

The stone and boulders that he purchased extra are still on my property. He had no cleanup. He did not install lights which he said he was going to do. The waterfall is leaking out of the pond. I don't know where I can write more of this stuff. The project still is unfinished three weeks past the time, he said it would be finished. I will amend this review, depending on what he does to make things right. He requested I pay him in full close to $10,000 so he will complete the project. I did so, and he started making excuse after excuse, barely showing up. I am beside myself. Don't know where to turn to. I left him multiple messages waiting to see what he will do to make things right

Visionary Landscapes does not stand by their work and frankly are impossible to get ahold of once…read morethey get paid. We paid for a Nicoblock retaining wall to extend the length of our front yard ($20k+ job). Although we requested renderings or plans upfront, we were told they weren't necessary because it's 'just a wall'. Needless to say, their poor planning didn't account for a telephone pole anchor cable that was directly in line with where they placed the wall. They then switched the product at the anchor to natural stone which looks horrible and wasn't what we agreed to. After repeatedly being told they could not angle the Nicolock block wall around the anchor, we finally accepted the natural stone look (No idea where all the extra Nicolock block we paid for disappeared to as they picked it up and didn't provide us any discount or refund). We had them rebuild the natural stone portion twice because they did not properly address the slope. Now less than 18 months later, the natural stone wall has given out and we cannot get a response. They also used a chipped capstone for the portion Nicolock wall that we were assured multiple times would be replaced, still haven't heard back. Save your money and stay away from these guys as they clearly oversell their experience and work.

We just want to thank you for helping us achieve "less lawn, more life" on our property. When we…read moreembarked on this project to "re-wild", we did not know how to even start. Our first consultation with Dave gave us a lot to think about, but it also got us excited at the possibilities. Within a short period of time, Plan it Wild came out to our property and walked around with us, took notes, gave some ideas and came back to us with a proposal for us to consider. We started slowly with one of the four areas they drew up for us and in the Fall of 2024 they planted a "meadow" under a willow tree in our backyard. They gave us instructions on how to care for it so the beautiful array of bluestem, baptisia (wild indigo), goldenrod, swamp and butterfly milkweed among others could establish themselves. Throughout the fall, I had questions for them that they promptly answered. In the spring, with a few good days of weeding following some rain, just about everything emerged (and they replaced others that did not). The spring, summer and fall had amazing blooms, and I understand even in winter, I will have some things to enjoy! The project was so successful that we asked Plan it Wild to come back the following fall, and again, they gave us ideas that led us to install new beds in the front of our house, in addition to a rocky area. The team was amazingly efficient and put together another beautiful cornucopia of native plantings. We can't wait to see what next spring brings (besides some weeding)! This type of result cannot just come from any landscaping company. We highly recommend that if you want to have knowledgeable, realistic, efficient help to make your property more welcoming to wildlife and bring color and beauty to your home, look no further than contacting Plan it Wild.

They helped us choose perennials that would attract pollinators. The plants all are flowering beautifully and sequentially as the summer moves along. Plan it Wild also gave us detailed advice on how to plan and care for our new plants. While they do require watering 2x/day for the first growing season, they should "take" by next spring so that won't be necessary. We also decided to stop cutting the lawn except for a path, creating a meadow effect. No more landscaper to pay. Plan it Wild showed us how to mulch the leaves and we will use this product in the plant beds this fall. This form of gardening has taken hold on the West Coast and in other areas of the country that gets sparse rainfall. It feels great to create our own little native plant sanctuary. We're seeing many more birds and other wildlife. Having a perfect green lawn is deeply ingrained in our culture but for us, it's time to embrace nature. We feel so much better about the size of our carbon footprint! Plan it Wild is not cheap, but it was one third the cost of other zeroscaping firms out there. They were very patient and provide excellent follow up when we have questions. Highly recommend Plan it Wild!!!!
