Since that time our relationship has consisted of long emails from Todd promising to come by ... descriptions of trees and plants he said he would bring ... a few very brief visits by his "team" and copious flowery apologies. No matter what, Todd would not make appointments and he never delivered. My terrace is far from the oasis he promised and I paid for. It is a junkyard of empty planters and dead plants. I hired R & S to do my lawn and cut a tree limb with a quote of $450, with power washing my bricks…read more Living in an attached home so the area is not vast. They came and everything they said they were going to do in the quote was like pulling teeth. The limb they were supposed to cut was only the branches off of it. I did not argue and I paid the amount quoted because it came with a $40 maintenance fee. I called again and the maintenance fee went up to $150. I would not recommend this company and advise you to see alternative means. Additionally, the owner's son was left to do the initial work and I was told he didn't speak English. Then I was told he was in college. Explain that!
