I will amend this review, depending on what he does to make things right. He requested I pay him in full close to $10,000 so he will complete the project. We paid for a Nicoblock retaining wall to extend the length of our front yard ($20k+ job). Although we requested renderings or plans upfront, we were told they weren't necessary because it's 'just a wall'. Needless to say, their poor planning didn't account for a telephone pole anchor cable that was directly in line with where they placed the wall. They then switched the product at the anchor to natural stone which looks horrible and wasn't what we agreed to. After repeatedly being told they could not angle the Nicolock block wall around the anchor, we finally accepted the natural stone look (No idea where all the extra Nicolock block we paid for disappeared to as they picked it up and didn't provide us any discount or refund). We had them rebuild the natural stone portion twice because they did not properly address the slope. Now less than 18 months later, the natural stone wall has given out and we cannot get a response. They also used a chipped capstone for the portion Nicolock wall that we were assured multiple times would be replaced, still haven't heard back. Save your money and stay away from these guys as they clearly oversell their experience and work.

Our front yard was torn up & not evened out after roto tilling, & there was still a huge amount of thatch left unraked. We called to have them come back. They said it looked good. We said that it did not, and asked them to redo the seeding. They did. When the grass started to come up, we were horrified to find that there were 2 different colors! I placed 2 or 3 phone calls to the company to say that we were very unhappy. Our calls were not returned. I spent all of last Fall re- raking and dethatching my lawn. It was an enormous amount of work, especially as I have a bad back, and am no longer young. When Spring came around this year again, I had to dethatch my lawn again because so much thatch had been left unraked by the company to begin with. I also had to reseed, to try to get the lawn all one color. We specifically told the company that we needed to have our lawn looking great, so that we might have the option of putting the house on the market within a couple of years. This company was highly recommended, so we are very put out and disappointed. We paid a lot of money for the work, & I ended up having to redo everything myself by hand. I am including pictures of the patchwork looking colors of the lawn, as well as the wheelbarrows full of thatch that I raked and hauled back into my woods. IM LANDSCAPING & MASONRY TO THE RESCUE!!…read more Since the pandemic, our patio was in desperate need of a refresh; take out the weeds, clean the bluestones and put poly sand in the joints. After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work. Several neighbors immediately commented on how nice our patio looks. We're sorry that we didn't take before and after pictures to post. Do not hesitate to give IM Landscaping & Masonry a call. I again asked them if the estimates are free the person who answered the phone said "absolutely". Two days later someone from Timberline called to make an appointment and told me the estimate costs $200. I told him that is not what the website or the person who answered the phone said. He told me the estimate is free only if we cut down the tree. That is not what is written. How can you trust a place that has false advertisement and lies before you use them . Every other arborist I call give legitimate free estimates.
