I am incredibly grateful to Tim and his team. He genuinely cares about helping people--it's not just about getting the job done quickly and collecting payment. He is thoughtful and considerate of each client's space, recognizing it as a place of peace and well-being, which was the exact opposite of what my apartment had become. It's been an incredibly difficult year, and challenges continue to arise, but Tim gave us a fresh start--an immense weight lifted from our bodies and the chance to breathe again. A couple of minor things for next time: while the apartment is stunningly clean, there were a few spots where the team seemed to "tap out". Some items were placed in unexpected locations--like reusable shopping bags inside the open space of the TV console, shower products left scattered, coat racks and dog harnesses still unorganized even though I sent a picture of that space to be cleaned, and kitchen spices mixed with glassware despite Tim mentioning it to his staff before they started. These are very nitpicky details and honestly not significant. If you want a solid deep clean -- Tim's your guy!!! What matters most is that I wanted a beautiful, clean space, and Organic Tim's went above and beyond to deliver that. They even rearranged some furniture, transforming this space from a reminder of chronic illness, stress, and exhaustion into a space where my family and I can come together and live fully. We have just moved into a new construction home here in New Jersey. We were looking for a full deep clean to remove all the construction dust and dirt left during the work. Organic Tim's Cleaning answered our request immediately and was able to come out and give us a quotation in a timely and professional manner. The use of organic cleaning materials was important to us and he did not disappoint. He showed up promptly with his team at the appointed day and time and they went right to work. Had a phone consultation with Tim where he wanted me to agree to use his company. I stated that I was outside of his area and he agreed but that there would be a surcharge. The day of the cleaning he calls me at 9:30 am to say I'm a little outside of his area and that he won't come. Very unprofessional way of dealing business and way of communicating with a client. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you're okay with last minute cancellations and an unapologetic Tim. read more

So happy we found Tim! He was punctual, professional, friendly, and transparent throughout the whole process. He just finished cleaning our newly renovated apartment that was covered in construction dust. I told him one of the major concerns was air quality from the dust. During the consultation he was pretty thorough and asked me what my cleaning needs were. For the first cleaning he was very thorough and finished within a few hours. I would give Organic Tim 10 stars if I could!! From the first call, Tim was very responsive and thorough and made the whole booking process very easy. My daughter lived out of state but had purchased a new home that had had a major renovation job and was in dire need of a deep cleaning. Tim was very patient and understanding when the contractor unexpectedly sent some of his workers to finish some work which made it much more difficult for Tim to clean and delayed the entire cleaning job. Tim doesn't skimp or cut corners, he really cares about every last detail. He left the house smelling fresh, looking sparkling clean and in perfect condition for the move in. So, I needed to find someone to deep clean my apartment in a hurry, and I happened to come across Organic Tim. I wanted someone that was trustworthy, and good at deep cleaning.
