The service has become terrible. The rates have increased but the service is awful. The left the top of the fridge dirty. None of the faucets were cleaned and most of the floors were never mopped. They also left the hood over the stove covered in grease. I use to like this place. I emailed the company to complain and they never replied. That lets me know they don't care. Let me start off by saying that I contacted a few cleaning companies from Yelp in which they either never contacted me back, was "too busy" with responding in an efficient manner or I just was not satisfied with pricing. My time was set for 8 am during the week, Regina called me exactly this time to let me know she was outside. It was her and another lady that came to do the cleaning. She cleaned my entire apartment from the kitchen appliances, the shower floor and tiles to the bedroom. It was an extremely half hearted job! They didn't even vacuum the entire place properly. We did a follow up cleaning and found stacks of hair, paper and dust. KC was the only service that clearly publishers which services they perform and the cost. Setting up the appointment was very easy and Rick responded to my questions within a couple hours. 3 people came to do the work. The house had not been cleaned for YEARS and there was junk everywhere. Piles of papers and bags and thick coat of dust on nearly every surface. The bathrooms had mold (or something black) and was honestly surprised that they were able to remove it. They cleaned the outside, inside , behind and above the fridge. I wish I could give 0 stars. I hired kingdom cleaners for a move out clean based on all the good reviews. I received a thorough move out checklist and a quote for $140, via email. The email also stated that it would take 2.5 hours. The cleaning services was for 11:30, however I received a call at 10:30 from a gentleman with a thick accent that he was here to clean. Um...ok? Luckily I was staying across the street. I informed him that I would be there in 5 mins. I kid you not after I let the cleaners in, I walked back across the street to grab my wallet to make a Starbucks run, all of this probably took 30 mins. By the time I got in I received a call that the cleaning was all done. Um.. how?! I sent my husband to check and he came back fuming. He walked in to a lady cleaning the floor with a dirty rag and water, nothing was cleaned properly. My husband asked her where was the soap but she seemed confused, there was a language barrier. My husband had to walk back across the street to get a mop bc they had no mop. He had to supervise and tell them how to clean and to use wood soap for the floors. This was a horrible job. It looked like they just came to wipe and dust real quick, like no this is a move out clean. And who comes with no soap or mop?! read more
