I too have worked with Organized Sports for over 20 years, although I've taken the past two years off once they moved to Orange County. Due to disappointing work by the companies I've used for the past two years, I just returned to them. The current management must have listened to the previous negative reviews, because I just put in an order and received it a week early. It was perfect quality, and Im now preparing two new orders. My sales person has been helpful and responds to me within 24 hours. They are truly back to the excellent company they were in previous years. read more

We are a school and have been ordering PE uniforms and sweatshirts/sweatpants from OSW the last couple school years and they were absolutely AWESOME. This school year has been different, something in the company changed in 2016. Not sure if they were bought out or what, but the management and the way they operate is definitely different. We ordered PE uniforms in August of 2016 and they finally arrived four months later in December of 2016. Our sweatshirts and sweatpants arrived about three months after we ordered them. I really am sad, because they had such good customer service and product. There is no way I can order from them again, because their poor service directly impacts our school families. read more

I have seen the one starred reviews and glad I had a better experience. We have used Organized Sportswear a few times for Phys Ed t shirts and sweat shirts. We've already placed a few orders. Prices are reasonable and they come in about 2 weeks. I recommend to any school. read more

Horrible business practices. Placed PE clothes order in April for July delivery; $5k. Half of the order came (shorts), but the other half didn't until after my sales event. Upon calling, the rep apologized and blamed their supplier (as if customers should care). When asked why no notification, rep replied that they were trying to contact people; the company dropped the ball similarly with at least 4 schools in my district and not one received a call or an email. Bill time: asked for a discount for late delivery and they ignored me, sending the bill to various other people in my organization hoping to get paid without my involvement and causing me additional time to explain to multiple parties. Beyond the late delivery, the ensuing unethical and ridiculous attempts to collect payment without addressing their mistake was down right angering. They chose to try to get aggressive instead of keep my business. Pathetic. read more

The company created 5 different versions of our designs for our approval before promptly completing our order. They did a great job and allowed us to have the designs printed on 4 different types of clothing. read more

Very disappointed! Yes the prices are cheap, and they have some good benefits. The customer service is horrible! The prices are cheap because it was made in China and not USA like they said! They take forever to get back to you and my order was not delivered on time like promised! Took them 4-5 weeks to deliver after I placed my order. Also our Pe shorts were not what we ordered. They gave us a different short. Get new staff and management. I wouldn't recommend them to any School or friend! read more

Very poor service. We ordered in August and received half of it in December and the other half in January when it was supposed to be take about 3 weeks. My understanding is the company changed owners and unfortunately the new management is terrible. Not only did our order take 5 months but when the sweatshirt portion of the order came in it was misprinted. They were pretty unapologetic about the mistake because they said the sweatshirts were still in good condition. We had to return all the sweatshirts (although it is winter and cold and our kids have been waiting for months) and wait again for them to send new ones. They should have allowed the kids to keep the misprints for the meantime but they would not send new ones until they received the incorrect ones back. Once we received the correct sweatshirts we found out there was a sizing issue. All of the medium sweatshirts were as big as the XL sweatshirts. I highly recommend you do not use this company. I have never worked with a company with such a poor level of customer service. They made so many mistakes and took FOREVER to fill the order and were unapologetic about all of the problems. read more

Should be called DIS-organized Sportswear. I placed my +$5,000 PE uniform order in April for a July delivery. Never arrived and they can't even find order!! Just had Orientation for 1,400 students and no PE uniforms to sell them. I have been with Company for 20+ years and am appalled at the way I was treated trying to find order. Sales rep lied to me many times, told manager would call me, never happened! I asked for managers direct number and was told she doesn't have one! I could keep going but why? I have moved my $10k a year in business to another company but wanted to warn others. Buyer beware!! read more

I would highly recommend NOT using this company! They are very UNorganized. The whole process was a nightmare. They have push my order back 4 different times! We order 1,500 uniforms and had to explain to parents and students that we did not receive the uniforms on more than one occasion. There is NO customer service! When the date for arrival passed, I had to place a phone call and that is when they would make another excuse pushing back the order another whole month. Our PE Department has used this company in previous years, they were always pretty bad but this by far has been the worse year! We will NOT be using them again. To top it off the sales representative makes excuses instead of owning up to their mistakes! read more
