This is the closest Fabletics store to me and overall I've had good experiences here. Now the way they get you is when you first sign up they offer you really cheap pants or leggings. Then you either need to renew every month and get 1 credit to buy an item or remember to cancel to keep your membership going for free. If you keep it going you can still get all the sales that they have. I would not pay regular price but when they have huge sales it's a good value to me. As far as the store I have been in here to do exchanges, try clothes on to get my size or just to browse. Besides one time where the worker wasn't as helpful, could have been a bad day?, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences in here. It's not a big store but they have most of the latest or most popular items. They have a fitting room and it's a pretty decent sized one in case you want to try the items on to figure out your sizes. Overall this is a nice store and most of the time when I'm in the mall I come to browse around. read more

I want to take this moment to recognize Yadira after my experience with her today, I purchased an item yesterday and saw it online for a cheaper price and was able to call in and she was more than happy to help me make the price adjustment over the phone. It took a little while (WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM) because she wanted to do it right and she was very patient with me and understood where I was coming from as a customer wanting to save money. Because of her professionalism and going out of her way for me I will be frequenting this location more, I hope Fabletics recognizes her for her outstanding customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for me today. Maybe even better than the service at Nordstrom's, the workers here at fabletics are amazing. The store is always clean, they always greet you upon entrance, and are helpful with issues/questions. Paulina and the manager today helped me with my return/exchange and answered all of my questions. They were also patient! Hope this store lasts a good while. read more

Ok so it's not this store specifically it's the whole website. It's ridiculous how many steps you have to take just to find out if they have a size at a certain store. I have been a fabletics customer for over 3 years and this was so frustrating. It took six questions to find one size at one store. No one has time for that. The employees are really rude. When my family and I went, we saw that the leggings were around $100 which is way too expensive for us, so we started to leave. We heard an employee with blond hair tell her coworker: "If you can't afford it, then why are you here?" While looking at us. $66 for a bra and $86 for the matching pants and I'm talking about items I'd find same pattern material for about $22... however that's how this brand works it's stuff and being in the mall that rent is high. Of course the customer service is good and the store looks appealing but dang I gotta spent $100 on just one matching bra and pants. Good quality great fitting workout and casual clothing. Have been a member for a few years. I love the program. Buy online or in-store. Clerks are always super helpful at the numerous stores I go in. This review is not for the location itself but the company altogether. Specifically the website and online services. I haven't purchased from Fabletics in years but I started working out recently and went back to make some purchases. I was informed that my account from like 2 years ago was canceled because they said I disputed my purchases years ago when I did not in fact do any such thing. I was directed to make a new account with a new email in order to make any further purchases. After doing so, my account was once again canceled after first trying to make a purchase. It's a shame cause they have good quality stuff but the online services are trash so I suggest going to make purchases in store read more
