The staff were responsive via email and phone when we had questions and the on call staff day of was helpful with cleanup instructions and placement of items. We just rented the space which comes with tablecloths for the seating tables and food tables but they have add ons such as decor and silverware you can pay extra for. I loved the flow of the space, we were able to have the food in a separate room from the guest seating and a nice entry space for pictures and gifts. We comfortably fit 40 people. I wouldn't try to squeeze more than 50 in there depending on your set up. They also have beautiful chandeliers throughout the place and we loved that we could bring in our own food and drinks and decor. There were some slight issues with connecting to Bluetooth I think it gets tricky if you have an Apple Watch but we were eventually able to figure it out. They also have a tv with hdmi hook up (you have to bring your own cord) where we were able to display a slideshow. I would highly recommend for baby shower, bridal shower, proposal venue, etc. it's a pretty white blank slate so the decor options are endless. They also provided an easel and coat rack and a few bar top tables that came in handy for gifts.

While I was here for a pop-up shop, I'd love to see this space used for more of an event-style function. The furniture was modern, aesthetically pleasing, and had lots of welcoming vibes. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner/operator of the space. She was SO nice and seemed excited to use the space to engage the community. The space seemed super versatile and I cannot wait to see what other creative events come to this gorgeous space. From a cocktail party to a small reception, this place would be a great fit!

I…read morewish I knew what we were getting into as I thought their plant night would be an opportunity to try and bring plant life back into our home. I figured there would be instruction and tips and an open forum for questions. And I believe there was all of that, however, nothing that I could actually hear. The woman instructing was very sweet and friendly and put in a bad situation where the room that she reserved was not available or some failing occurred. Everyone should have been given the choice to re-schedule as no one at our table could hear anything. We were asked often if we could hear and every time I shook my head indicating I could not hear but yet she still spent all her time at the other table with a few attempts to come closer to our table when a question/answer session started. It became SO frustrating not being able to hear that I tuned out hoping we'd get home in Time for the sitter, wishing I could just get the supplies and finish in my comfortable, quiet home with no equines within 6 feet of me. NOT the relaxing, enjoyable, therapeutic experience we were hoping for and next time we will spend the 11$ (the fee ON TOP of Groupon pricing you will get charged) on a similar planted/Halloween plant at Michaels Regarding the woman that tried to teach this class I feel bad for her as she may not know how to handle these unexpected situations and may be limited in what she can offer but this was unacceptable.... We were forced to be a bigger part of the bar experience then we would have liked. We got there about 8 minutes late and she checked our names but other people at the table were musing how anyone could have taken their seat as their Groupon was never checked...and we were in the middle of a bar. The people at my table were complaining about the 11$ fee on top of the Groupon fee... young professionals feeling like they got ripped off isn't a way to inspire repeat business... IF THERES A FEE include it in a higher Groupon price so people don't go into it feeling ripped off or leaving feeling even worse when the experience was a failure. I had forgotten that fee but the young professionals had not. Skip the plant nite... even if everything has been as it should have been I believe this group on Would have been a failure either way and I would never recommend or do again... the conservatory has free workshops all the time and often you take things home with you... all for less (admission is 4$) then the "additional fee" with this company

It allows you to check out a place you might otherwise have never visited which makes it super easy to surprise someone. Guys, make the reservations online and take your lady out to dinner or for drinks and surprise her when the painting party starts! Our facilitator was Rachel and she was awesome. She dumbed it down enough that even I felt like I was doing okay! The fact that they visit different places to hold the parties is probably the reason why there are so few reviews here but the night I went if we had all reviewed there would be twenty more 5 star reviews on here. We all had a good time and it was fun meeting new people and going outside my comfort zone to do something new. Will definitely do this again!

I initially worked with Jeff Heidelberg, and unfortunately, communication was very frustrating. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered, and with the wedding getting closer--about a month out--it definitely added unnecessary stress. Thankfully, everything turned around at the right time. During a meeting at Manor House, I found out Party Pleasers was onsite and had the opportunity to connect with Tasha. She was wonderful from the moment we spoke--responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in understanding our vision. She followed through on everything she said she would do and took the time to meet with me to ensure we were aligned. The results reflected that care. The atrium looked exactly like the vision we had provided--it was beautifully executed. The head table was also done very nicely and fit the overall look perfectly. While I don't believe the uplighting was fully in place as expected, what was done still looked good and added to the ambiance. The photo settee wasn't quite what we originally envisioned, but it still worked well in the space. The large repurposed floral pieces from Robin Wood Flowers really helped bring that area together and created a beautiful effect. Overall, while the beginning was stressful, Tasha truly turned the experience around and made sure the final outcome was something we could be happy with.

They were by far the most professional and personable in the initial meetings, and although they were a little pricier than we were hoping to spend it ended up being worth every penny. Once signing the contract we were immediately given access to an app called Vibo which was our one stop planning shop! In the app we answered somewhere around 100 questions about our wedding day. I know it sounds excessive, but it really helped us in our planning to think about things that wouldn't have come up naturally and also ensured we could give a complete and total picture of the day to our DJ. We were also able to input song choices for all the special moments in the app, as well as share a link to enable guests to add their requests which was fun! We were assigned Alex Eveslage as our DJ and he was AMAZING! We met about a week prior to the wedding and discussed the details from A to Z including timeline and outline for the night. Alex ensured that the whole evening flowed smoothly and perfectly matched the vibe of our crowd. Our dance floor was packed the entire time open dancing was going on and our guests couldn't stop raving about how much fun our wedding was! Alex continued to check in with us throughout the night to ensure everything was going well, and he even indulged a ridiculous special request from me. Can't recommend PartyPleasers enough - make sure to ask for Alex when you book!

However, the skating aids (the little rolling walker-type creations) were $7 a piece to rent for the evening. The women's bathroom was very clean. Interestingly, the sinks, mirrors, and hand dryers are outside of the restrooms. Inside is only the stalls. This creates a nice flow of traffic and avoids any traffic jams inside the restrooms. That said, all the preteens and teenagers had to do their primping outside the restrooms and fully visible to everyone inside the skating area. While the party included pizza and drinks, many of us bought food items from the concessions area before the food came out. The food was a bit slow coming out but everything was good and the fries were top notch! I'd definitely come back just for the arcade or just for skating. It seems that doing both would be a much larger time commitment, and enough to fill a major block in the day if you wanted.

I have been coming to this skating rink since I was a child and have consistently attended adult skate night for over a year, which is why this experience was especially upsetting to me. The first issue occurred at the snack counter around 11:49 PM. I politely asked for a cup of ice water and was told the stand was closed, even though the posted closing time was 12:00 AM. Less than five minutes later, I witnessed another customer being helped at the same counter. When I calmly asked why I had been denied service while another customer was assisted, I felt the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. The second incident occurred on May 6th and involved my skate stoppers. One of my stoppers accidentally fell off before I could fully attach it, and I was trying to figure out a solution while also asking staff whether anyone had found the missing piece. I explained the situation respectfully and made it clear that I was not intentionally breaking the rules. However, I felt I was spoken to sarcastically and treated unfairly by a manager during the interaction. When I attempted to remove myself from the situation and seek help from another employee, I felt further confronted rather than assisted. The interaction escalated unnecessarily, and I was ultimately asked to leave and denied a refund despite trying to calmly explain my situation. I completely understand the importance of enforcing rules and maintaining safety. However, I believe all customers should be treated with fairness, professionalism, and respect. As a long-time customer who regularly supports adult skate night, I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and disappointed by how the situation was handled. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve customer service experiences moving forward -De'Aira
