They have pre-packaged loaves and rolls as well. I really enjoy the shop for having such extremely soft breads. Personal favorite is definitely the spicy tuna bun. Their selection does range from sweet to savory. I haven't really seen any pastry type items in their display, but maybe some cake. They do have rolls and all easy to grab and go breads on lock!

I used to walk from campus to my then-apartment (which was a kilometer away) and pass by Micha's. The first thing that lured me in was the smell of cookies every afternoon. I think it awakened the cookie monster in me. I swear on Hitler's mustache, their chocolate chip cookies are divine. They're the perfect combination of chewy and crispy, of buttery and chocolatey, of cute and sexy.. Wait what? Point is, they set the bar way too high, so make sure you're ready for these life-changing cookies. Despite the lack of a comfortable dine-in space and AC, students flock to Micha's around three o'clock every weekday afternoon for a slice or two of their uber cheesy baked macaroni. At forty pesos per slice, it's a real bang for your buck, too.

Its signature BTS, short for Better Than Sex, is one tempting dessert that might be hard to beat--a moist chocolate cake that's drowning with caramel fudge and topped with some fluffy whipped cream, you'll be finding yourself praying for the strength to not give in. On another note though, there's also their Death by Chocolate (do I even have to elaborate on that one?), another tempting concoction that will show you the sweeter side of punishment. We eat them there and then and bring extras for our home in Manila. The assortment of flavors, snacks and desserts are endless and the colors are so vibrant and attractive you'd want to buy everything. To me, it's like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory but Filipinized and a bakery version. Their products are so good that they even have a branch in California where Filipinos and locals can enjoy their food. You know it's authentic when Filipinos abroad rave about them. Still, their bibingkas are delicious and affordable. Plus, my mother loved it so much on her trip back to the PI that she told me to return to the States with about 6 boxes when I went. Their bibingkas are mini-sized which are perfect for a quick small breakfast. There are a few variations such as macapuno, pastillas, ube, and crunchy peanut. I opted for the original bibingka in the bibingkape combo. Man, the butter worked well with the salted duck egg and cheddar cheese and there was a pretty good balance of sweet and salty. Few things are better than freshly baked bread/cakes and Bibingkinitan has it down. Their barako coffee was just ok but I enjoyed it. To be honest, I like this place. Next time I am back, I'm probably going to purchace several boxes for my mother haha.
