ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE , first of all everything thing felt very unsanitary, they make you use this heavy hot blanket and massage you through the blanket. I payed for the whole body but explained I only wanted my shoulders, upper back and ankles and feet massaged. They massaged everything but that. after I kept stopping the guys to explain my problem area. I felt very unsatisfied. I paid for the service which I was unhappy about and the guy had the nerve to ask for a tip after a horrible job. When I offered him what I thought I should give him. he laughed and gave me the tip back these people are unprofessional, untrained and entitled. I've been to this place several times over the years. For the most part I have had reasonably positive experiences. Unfortunately the quality recently has declined. The last time I went, the woman said I needed to keep all of my clothes on (I am also a woman, I don't think it was an issue of her thinking I was a creeper or anything) including my bra. I thought that was unusual but fine, I needed a massage. I showed her where I was having shoulder and neck pain. Now I love a deep massage, but she was so rough that I literally yelled out in pain. Rather than being gentler after hearing me yell, she continued squeezing the area and I tried to tell her to be a bit gentler because it was causing pain. The man who worked there (maybe a manager? I don't know) came in to ask if everything was okay and I said no, please tell her that she is making the pain worse. He spoke to her but there was no improvement. And my skin was chafing due to the friction of my clothes against my skin. I won't be returning. read more

If I could not leave any stars I would, not because I can attest to their expertise at what they do, but because their treatment of potential customers lacks any source of professionalism. Yesterday, my daughter and I walked by to see the services offered and prices. My daughter is planning a girls night out with her friends and took out her camera to send the girls a picture of the posted price list. Well, let me tell you that right away all three individuals in there came at her like she was about to steal company secrets! Rude does not cover the treatment she received. My daughter showed them that she deleted the picture. I would have not, but that's just me. Then they had the nerve to then pull out a list of prices. Don't expect a fancy spa--this is a straightforward Tui Na massage establishment with partitions between the beds. It is clean, no appointments necessary, and everyone who works here is very good at what they do. The chair massages will fix that crick in your neck. These people know what they are doing. It's really convenient to be able to walk in whenever you have reoccurring back pain like me. They do table and chair massages. Yes it may be weird for some people to try the chair If you've never done it but I've gotten used to people watching me and it doesn't faze me. The 20 minute massage is effective enough to reduce almost all of my back pain and I would recommend it. They also do 20 minute table massages if you don't feel comfortable being out front in the chair. read more
