I would love to give a shout out to the fantastic folks at Original Look for fixing my Ford Explorer. The entire experience was great! From the moment I walked in the door with my back window smashed until I drove away with my vehicle looking good as new I felt like I was in good hands. Chastity, an amazing woman, handled the intake and insurance like a pro! She kept me up to speed on the process from start to finish. The folks here were quick, professional, kind and courteous. The billing process was transparent and easy to understand. The timeline to get my buggy back was short. I would highly recommend this business! read more

Layers of tile on top of linoleum on top of tile had been installed in the kitchen. Marvin Ashburn refinished my original hardwood kitchen floors to their former GLORY!! Marvin is a true artist, he loves wood and works magic with a sander. He's reliable, a rare character trait in a tradesmen but he actually arrives when he is scheduled and finishes when scheduled. He's extremely knowledgeable, which is most helpful when deciding timing of refinishing given variations in temperature and humidity in our area. He's also fair and worth every penny you'll spend. I highly recommend Marvin and would hire him any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

My car was T boned in October (2022). I went through a nightmare with my insurance company to get it to a body shop but I was so lucky to find Jimmy at Original Look in Marshall. He communicated with the storage yard and the insurance company. He ordered parts right away. He managed all the work that had to be done and updated me regularly. Most especially he took over dealing with the very difficult insurance company and got the job done. I finally have my car back and it looks beautiful. This business is wonderful with the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time! I walked into the shop and met Chastity who immediately grabbed her tablet to assess the damage and then the owner escorted me to his office and handled everything with the estimate and my insurance company!! Then I was told it would take a week to complete the repair or maybe ten days but Chastity called me in three days to come to pick up my car and it was perfect!! Great Team Work.
