He got me and my husband set up quickly and with such a great attitude! We also had our bands set up for when we went in to take our first classes. The trainers are also really great. They quickly introduced themselves as they noticed we were new and throughout the class, they check on you to make sure you're handling everything well and that you're doing the exercises correctly. I have really been enjoying these classes and am excited about going on this fitness journey with OTF!

I attended the hot yoga classes. The 60 minute and 90 minute ones. I thoroughly enjoy them. The instructor did go a little bit too fast. And some of the movements were a little bit hard for me because I'm not a yogi, but I did enjoy the classes. I also attended the hot mat Pilates classes. If you wanna get in a good sweat and challenge yourself, I recommend the hot Pilates classes. At first the heat was a little bit much for me, but I got used to it. And after going for a month I improved my stamina and looked forward to attending. They offer massages and private instructor classes. One weekend they had a pop-up coffee bar. And while I did my trail membership, they had a challenge going and did a raffle for winners.

It was a really welcoming environment from right when I walked in. Lynn, our class instructor, showed me to the cubbies and explained everything after I got checked in. She was so kind to give me a heads up about the class format which was super nice to know. In the 90 minute class there's no music and it's all spoken instruction and timing through 26 movements (I think that was the number). It was a much different setup then any other yoga class I've been in so it was really nice to know that beforehand. The way Lynn instructed was very matter of fact- she knew the names of all the participants well, even myself as a first timer. Some may have taken it a wrong way when she calls your name to correct your form, but once you get used to it it was actually really nice. She paid close attention to everyone in the room even though it was full, to make sure everyone was getting the most out of it. I really appreciated the corrections as I still don't know a lot of the verbiage with yoga flow so I got lost at different points but Lynn always patiently pointed me to the correct direction. My class members were so supportive and even though 90 minutes in a hot room was so hard, it felt amazing after. They do have showers there as well so you can clean off right away after class. They offer the normal 60 minute hot yoga, hot pilates classes, and a few other things. It seems like a great community here that I'll definitely try to come back to even though I don't live in the Orlando area!

I forgot my badge and they were still cool with me manually checking myself in. Also, I like how I don't have to pay like $20/ day gym fees when I do 1-day passes at other gyms, so I'm glad this place is a franchise. The manager at the time (didn't get his name, but he was there at 2PM on 2/6) was super helpful, and let me put my oversized luggage case in his office to keep it safe. I really appreciate the hospitality for a traveler, and the good facilities which my Libertyville gym doesn't have (free bananas, AstroTurf, heavy bags, and double end bags) Great experience for a business trip, and great way to end a business trip with a 2 hour workout. You guys rock, and deserve a 5 star review!!!!

I signed up and paid beforehand ($25) so check-in for the 6:00am class was smooth. There were about 20 people and we went around and said our name and homebase. There were quite a few states represented due to drop-ins from the conference - love that! Coach Doug led us in a hearty warm up before the workout. There was no strength piece due to it being a birthday workout in celebration of one of the members who was turning 21 years old :). It was a 21 minute AMRAP consisting of 21 Russian kettle bell swings, 21 calorie row, and 21 squats with the kettlebell. [I replaced the row with a 300 meter run]. It was a solid workout and the energy in the gym was fantastic. I will definitely be back to MouseTrap Fitness when in Orlando!

I had already been going to the gym, running, riding my bike rollerblading and walking regularly. Even with all my regular exercise, I was still so sore after my first class. He alternates muscle groups so its a great all-over total body workout. The instructor was friendly and motivating. He also emails out additional training workouts and eating tips. I would recommend these classes to anyone. I will definitely be back in December!! :)

I didn't catch his name, but a black gentleman that seemed like the manager or team leader had good positive energy. As he said, "this is a no judgment zone!" When checking out other locations, it helps me learn about the community that frequent the one I'm visiting. As always, Planet Fitness has diverse age & fitness levels so everyone is welcomed. This location has a strong Latin community but of course you will see other people too. Gym members were courteous of each other.
