What a great experience at this location recently. Of course, we were early so the experience is a little bit better before things get rockin. This office does stay quite busy so probably earlier reservations are a better experience. We found that the Desk staff were very courteous, efficient and friendly. Felicia was really nice in greeting us and RJ was excellent with his services and care. This is a five star experience as it was quite relaxing and we will maintain the earlier appointment times for my follow up and physical therapy. read more

The good the front desk nice and staff! The bad your assessment s are made up of lies whereas, mine Workers comp and on 11/11 Doctor Davis stated I needed PT & if didn't help would do a 100% work disability. It was denied bcuz they assumed cancelations were me instead of PT I had months earlier in Sept the Texh was a no show cuz she had covid, another was another PT overbooked I got another PT & 2 or 3 were rescheduled told not held against me, which it was although I was within my contract. Doctor went from nice to belligerent doing a 180 saying in report I didn't need any treatments total lie! I was 0%. Another lie. Therefore, stopped my benefits & medical & I have co payments and no income WC checks stopped on 11/11 although proved bogus that's a month they owed me. Although, I challenged the lies & 12/9 changed it to I needed PT. Although, put full work duty that was not discussed on 12/9 but, I needed PT and was approved by adjuster this time & FCE approved. Therefore, can't have a test to know accommodations & get a 0% it's contradicting what was stated. More lies. Furthermore, I had a FCE done on 12/30 and got results in Jan permanent sitting accommodation s therefore disabled. Although, I get a n email for an assessment on 1/29 for the dizziness mess. No issue was pain in foot and back causing me not to be able to stand, walk or sit long. So messed up WC doctors & adjusters not always ethical! Be cautious! Know it's not you that they might be getting paid by Insurance carrier & in my case Employers & they aren't always honest. I had another doctor totally unethical & made up reports when I wasn't seen. So, I trust nobody! Just do your part & be your own advocate, be honest & if needed sue them with a jury & hold them accountable for their lies! I was released Jan although, they refuse to send a letter to my work for accommodations. They all need a rude awakening by a judge! read more

I went to the lake Nona location first. Loved it. This was closer to work so decided to follow up at the sand lake location. Wouldn't go back. They kept the door open & I could hear employees chatter and complaining of things going on in the office. Dr. Christensen was horrible. Such bad bed side manners. Was rude with how he would answer me. The xray tech was nice. But definitely wouldn't go back to this location. read more

My workman's comp doctor told me basically I had no hope in getting help and fixing my issue, I'll be in doctors offices the rest of my life and I should quit my job and find something more suited for me. Gave me a bunch of pills for pain and signed me back to full duty. Horrible horrible doctor. Didn't help what so ever, didn't listen to my concerns, didn't answer my questions. read more

Can I say loved the service. Yes, Yes, I can. I started using Dr. Bonenberger for problems in my left hip in October of 2022 at their Lake Nona office. I had already done an MRI and had done physical therapy, so I thought he would say I needed a new hip and that was exactly what he said. There was no pressure, and he gave me my options. But I knew it was time. Amy his scheduler was able to arrange it to be done during a winter break from work. She also worked with my insurance company to make sure I had all the approvals I needed prior to the surgery and that I could have the surgery at a center that was the most economical for me. She made sure I knew everything along the way. Maria his nurse was amazing along the way with all my questions along the way. I went to this office for my two-and-a-half-week check up and I found this office very convenient and very clean. I had an 8am appointment and I showed up at 7:45. I literally seat down for 2 minutes, and the nurse was calling in me changing my bandages. I than went to x-ray and I was seeing the doctor by 8am. This does not usually happen. I was in and out. Not that he rushed me, but they are all on point. I know they have many different specialties' here and if I ever have to go to a doctor again, I will be using a doctor in this practice. read more

My next step is changing the physician. This place is notorious for having you wait an hour before you get to see the physician. This place is empty every time i come in and their answer is that as soon as they have a room available they would get you in. Well I have been coming here for about 3 years with broken right foot and left ankle , shoulder and neck problems and they have been always super good to me starting with the front desk to the medical staff along with billing and appointment management but today I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star and it would have been zero stars if possible ,they gave me the worst experience I ever got from any medical institution in the USA . I have been seeing them for my right foot big toe -which haven't improved after seeing them 3 different times in 3 month - but my left foot toe start hurting from soccer injury so I made an appointment to see who is suppose to be my Dr but they made me wait knowing I'm in pain to see if they can charge my insurance for 2 different Appoitements, they didn't even bother come and see me first and check on my pain , didn't bother to ask me if I can or will pay in cash if the insurance refuse to pay -which they did approve - , now here is the bumper . I was leaving upset so they took me to the office manager to talk to me who literally said she was working with the insurance to get it fixed and when I asked her straight what if the insurance company said no, she said they would had sent me home . Crazy , I left my work , came here , waited outside , waited in the room , didn't even get an option to OY cash but they were willing to send me home without even taking rig care of my pain . This is not a medical facility . This is worse than any retailer I have ever dealt with . read more

Not only is it that they would not see me for being 10 minutes late then when I did see the dr. Who drives a 250,000 dollar car he saw me for no longer than 6 minutes total. Absolutely the worst orthopedic surgeon I've ever been refereed too.- on a final note there was nothing except therapy he could suggest to help me and wouldn't let me have more than a week of light duty at work he acted like he was doing me a favor. I am in serious pain every day let me repeat I am in serious pain every day. I can not believe how unconcerned he was about that. " well there's not much I can do about that, do you want an epidural?" Not even a question of something to help with the pain not that I would have ever dreamed of taking that garbage but at least consider my pain. This company is a mess!Upper Management does not have the proper skill to train new staff they literally set you up for failure from day one . People quit or get fired here a lot . There is a lot of chefs in the kitchen and yet nobody seems to be in the same page. Less than 2 weeks into this company, I've realized the unprofessional lack of communication skills, management and overall work environment. Training is always disorganized disoriented to say the least. Everyone is under stress, over worked and under paid . There is a huge lack of actual stable positive leadership and support to staff members and yet so many leaders . In a month worth of training, they switched over trainees multiple times, nothing ever feels stable and it makes anyone feel impossible to grow . If you are looking for routine stable environment, this is not it. Multiple employees have agreed and will tell you they were not given the proper training to succeed and the lack of communication is beyond my understanding. They throw you with anyone to get trained, they give you a whole 200 page binder of rules and requirements and yet do not follow any protocols ( upper management/clinical lead members ). There is supposed to be weekly meetings to discuss our job and progress and there's a standard set 2 page of expectations on what to be trained on and they do not follow the rules, a month in I was not fully trained on half of what I was supposed to be according to the rules and regulations . They would schedule meetings on the emails to make it look like they did their job and yet cancel these meetings and not say a word. I never had one meeting to see how I was doing or to let me know if I was doing good or bad type of deal . They give you no warning over anything and are quick to blame you for any issues . People have no idea what's coming next and employees are constantly complaining of upper management from how they are being treated unfairly. If you have children do not apply, multiple employees will tell you . They do not care for the parents needs or any of that. The actual providers and other employees are nice but the upper management team are the most unprofessional human beings I've ever meet . It's a very " high school " environment. I noticed people do a lot of " special treatment to management " to get by . The most alarming is seeing how unhappy people where at that place . I'll never recommend this place to a soul . Stay away ! Ps: they will discard you for no given reason . It's scary and stressful ! There was this one new hire who they literally gave her the worse training experience and let her go . She was a excellent employee, you could tell she had experience and all and they treated her horribly and for no reason , they are very good at not communicating what's going on! read more

After the very first visit to Orlando Orthopedic Clinic he was referred to a Nerve Testing Center and was diagnosed. We are finally on the correct path. read more

One of the "main" doctors here has HORRIBLE bed side manners, if your a couple pounds over weight, that's it. Your problem is weight. Doctors are supposed to solve issues and this dr's only wants judgement is that my leg is swollen, stating that he can't feel the cyst in my leg, bc my legs are thick.... As he is jabbing his fingers into my leg, that has been hurting for weeks.... Wtf.... You will waste money on this doctor if you go to him. I was having knee pain, and this place was the only one I called who could squeeze me in for a same day appointment. The waiting room was empty, which could be a good and bad sign. I was in pain, but I didn't want to be all grumpy about it. I tried cracking a few jokes with the woman at the desk. No response. So I shrugged it off as maybe I'm not funny or she's just in a funky mood. Anyway, I was called back before I could finish filling out my paperwork, but the woman who called me said she'd help me out. She asked a few questions and circled a disease based on some medication I am taking. The problem is, I'm taking that medication for a different reason, and I do not have the disease she took upon herself to circle. She didn't even ask if I had that disease, she just assumed..... The employee who took my x-rays was very friendly. He made me feel at ease the entire time. The doctor though, Dr. Blick was very cold. I don't think he listened to a word or concern I had. I won't say much else except that I'm not going back to this place. On the way out, the person who I had to check out with was more interested in her personal phone call. UGH. They got two stars because of the friendliness of the x-ray tech. Otherwise, I would have given them one star. read more

I first saw Dr Flick for my elbow who supposedly specializes in shoulders and elbows. Attempting to explain to him the trouble I've been having for almost 3 months now, which I also did on the phone so he knew why I was coming, and temporarily working away from home and needing a solution I came here with a treatment recommendation from my Dr at home whom I trust and have seen for years. Dr Flick was very curt and cut me off constantly. Before I finished filling out any paperwork with important things like what is my medical history and what's the issue, I had an unnecessary X-ray, I came in for joint inflammation, which you can't see on an X-ray and I knew but did what the dr said. He comes in and tells me it shows nothing. I don't finish the paperwork until 10 minutes after he's left the room and done with me. He does not give me the treatment I came for, saying he can't do it and refers me to another dr in the practice, Dr Constantine. I'm frustrated at this point because I was informed he could do it and that's why I was there. So now I have to wait another week to be treated for something affecting my life and take another day off work because the treatment will require a day to recover. So now I've take 2 days off work and paid for 2 Dr appointments and 1 unnecessary X-ray. This second dr is just as unfriendly and immediately wants me to schedule an MRI for another day and then another appointment for this treatment which is a shot and will take all of a minute. I finally say no I can't keep paying for extra testing and Drs visits for joint inflammation that I know the cause of and the solution to and I can't keep calling off work. He rudely agrees to give me the shot, has zero bedside manner as a giant needle is injected in my arm and then is done with me. I am very unhappy with the level of courtesy shown to patients and the lack of respect for my time and money. I felt like the practice was trying to up-sell me for testing and further appointment, when all I needed was a simple 5 minute conversation and a shot the first time. I will not be going back and I wish I had read the other reviews before going the first time. Do not waste your time and money on Drs that are not there with the intention of caring for patients but instead on making money. read more
