I had the water cut off because of if I did not it would be a week later, my mistake so I went a purchased 6 gals of water and asked if more was needed. My son had been out in his car for pretty close to a n hour when she finished the kitchen and living room , she still found no need to inform anyone of the foolishness that she was not returning. A very nice guy named Jim came out and did some measuring, gave me some design options and came up with what I felt was a very reasonable quote for iron doors, on the spot. They came out as scheduled to install the doors. No fuss, no muss. Over the years the look of the iron doors has held up very well. I have had some of their crew come back at my request to adjust some things as settling on my house has occurred. It is both a great product and they provide great service. I have recommend them to friends many times and have been thanked in return. Then, a few months ago I got a letter from my insurance company asking me to install handrails around my front porch and stairs and without hesitation I called Security Iron Co. to get a quote. Guess who came to my house the very next day? My old pal Jim from 11 years ago. Again he did measurements, we discussed design options and he produced a reasonable quote.
