I called the office for initial interview where they sent up a phone interview on a certain date. The office called me at the scheduled time and did the full interview by phone. All I have to do in send the documents to their office by mail. This was very convenient for me as I am an 87 year old woman so it saved me driving to their office on the opposite side of town from me. Melissa, the person I worked with, was very helpful in explaining everything that I needed to send in.

I walked in without an appointment, was immediately greeted, put in line, and taken care of after less than 10 minutes of waiting. To switch over a title and registration it took about a half an hour, so in total I was in there less than 45 minutes. Extremely impressive. On top of being timely, the building is nice. The employees are kind and interested. Both employees I spoke to offered their heartfelt condolences. Just everything about the whole experience was 5 million times better than the MVD. There is a service fee--I think it was $35, but it was worth every penny. I'll be coming here exclusively from now on for all of my MVD related business.
