As described in the photos I posted, I have had this fig tree for maybe 25 years, every year it…read moreproduced bumper crops that I gave all the fruits to my neighbors, I don't even like them but my husband loved it, my daughters liked them too, my grandkids went crazy climbing on the tree, it just cracked me up seeing 3 to 4 climbing at the same time on the tree, they climbed on the orange trees too but they got higher much faster. This year for some reason it had only 5 figs and the roots grew all over 1/3 of the garden, it was time to cut it down.
We went to yelp for recommendation and was pleasantly surprised Yelp had a warranty policy. I called the 1st entry, the man looked cold to me and his estimate shocked the daylight out of me, how could he possibly charge that much, as senor Cabral completed the job in less than 3 hours, he had 2 workers, 1 was his son. My 2nd estimate was with Cabral Tree Service. Camilo Cabral was very nice, I just connected w him immediately, good vibes I guess, he quoted me 40% cheaper than the other dude, I was thrilled as I just came back from a very expensive cruise from Venice to 9 ports and running into a cash crunch I guess, I think I should spoil the grandkids a little less. I was both nostalgic and at the same time relieved seeing it finally gone as the roots were breaking the sprinklers, it grew to the sky and became so huge, it literally fell sideway to the ground. By the way, he said he would fix the sprinklers if he breaks any.
Mr Cabral was punctual, he came w his son and another guy, everybody was smiling and happy, in less than 3 hours the tree was gone, I never saw so many weird machines that could pulverize the roots in so little time. After it was done, he cleaned the entire area as if nothing happened. Great job sí señor! If you need a tree removed, call Cabral Tree service, you'll be very happy, I will call Camilo back for some other trees job, my husband thinks he can do it all, to him it's a hobby but it's very dangerous as he had fallen off the ladder once, I will need some trimming service maybe in the fall. I wish I could rate him 6 stars!!
