I was given a 3-hour window when they would show up, and they arrived within the first hour (and were done in just over 2 hours). The crew (2 guys) was very efficient. They explained the process and answered any questions. Then they proceeded through the house, connecting the large vacuum hose via the furnace and using a compressed air hose to blow off the dirt and dust for removal. The final phase was the additional dryer vent clean-out. This was complicated slightly due to the piping layout in our walls, but they managed it. I thought the pricing was in line with other companies. They had positive reviews online, and from our experience we would hire them again.

Not to these folks! In the process of installing they caused a major leak (drain stopped before pan) in my ceiling. Now I am stuck with an underpowered unit that is not able to cool my house. Instead of a 3 ton unit they needed to install a 4 ton unit, and refuse to change it. So word of caution to anyone using their services. Make them calculate the size of the house first.

The long and short of it is that they sent out two clearly incompetent people, who fixed everything but what was needed on my washing machine, including taking out the better motor I had for a better machine than the one I ended up with. Everything they did was wrong, and cost me my machine. They reimbursed me for what I'd spent after all the hell, but they came and took their parts out of my machine, and their reimbursement was just enough to buy a much more cheaply made machine - not one the quality of my original. My old one was toast! Then about 2 months later, the new one did exactly the same thing I called Lanny Adams for and as it turned out according to the new company I called, there was lent somewhere down the line that had Lanny Adams known what they were doing, they would have fixed the old machine the first time. Plus the office workers are all nice, but they defer to the owner on everything, and he micro-managers grown people like their are children, and talks to you like he's reprimanding you like a crusty old grandfather -- while being dead wrong! Amazing. They might have been good at one time, but I've never experienced such an unnecessary nightmare. In addition to all the times I had to be home for the service calls, they would still only give a time range of about 4 hours, and not a definite time. It is all about them, and they pretend to be about you. Bad, bad news and not worth the headache. If you want to gamble that you'll get a horror show, they Lanny Adams!

I explained the situation and they said they would have someone out in under an hour and a half. Cornelius called when en route to provide his eta. That is service! He came, I explained the situation, about 30 minutes he came back and told me the issue and already have a solution and provided me with the amount. He was able to fix my washer in under two hours, where had I gone through the warranty company, they would not have even been able to come out until a week out. For under $500, I think it was well worth it, and he also provided me with insight on how to prevent future issues from arising. Hands done the best appliance company you could ask for.
