Problem with billing being entered wrong and took 1/2 hour and two different departments to tell me they couldn't fix it and they would send a message to the office. Way to much work for a customer. Billing is off site and when I asked where they were located they wouldn't tell me. My husband thought he left his cell phone there once and after half an hour of being shuffled around I finally got in the car and drove over there to ask a simple question. They need a better system.

Just try to call and see where your call gets routed to??? I only had to have my orthotics reconditioned, I had to pay for an office visit (which was totally useless and content free) but OK, I guess every foot doctor that works for a practice like this is pushed to generate revenue. I had my first pair reconditioned for $100 and the next pair was sent in 30 days later and they were $125. (A 25% price increase in 30 days).??? To top that off, they never called to say they were ready, so I had to call them, which took 3 calls. It is so evident that the new ownership group/private equity has combined multiple practices and deliver very poor support and service. When you are there it just "feels" like 2nd or 3rd tier operation. I will certainly NOT be back, was good, BUT NO LONGER.

My physical Therapist was nice and gave me good instructions on how to heal. One thing I did notice is that all the therapist were doing the same stretches on everyone of the clients which means yo me the therapist are all on a script so it felt like a factory. Now they are sending him bills for $125 because Medicaid said they needed a referral. Ok, i get that but why would you schedule, treat, and even schedule a follow up appointment without running his insurance first!! Whoever answered the phone didn't like it when I said he was a juvenile and hung up on me....real classy and professional!! Treatments didnt even work and Dr.Nazila Eshraghi was rude as well.

I feel like he gave me my life back! It started well with Diane as she took care of all the paperwork with ease. Step two was getting me comfortably set up by Dr. Molan's assistant Angela. Her thirty years of experience in foot care was quickly evident as she pushed all the right buttons to get me ready for Dr. Molen. Amazing what a highly motivated and tremendously experienced medical team can achieve for their patients. In my eighty years on the Planet I have never seen such Professional Team work together with such a positive mindset which is very comforting for a patient. He is sitting up front talking about the ninja product she's thinking about for the holidays with her colleague and was too busy to do any work was very upset when I asked her to check with the doctor since I was 15 minutes past my appointment time . Then she ended up slamming my $500 insoles on the counter hard enough that I'm sure they heard it in the back room. They charge a lot for the custom insoles and force extra appointments to pickup insoles that don't seem necessary. Old doctors have retired. Not sure I'll come back again....

He taped the toe to the one next to it. Medicare charged $3600. for that plus the xray his MOA took. The toe healed bent regardless of it being taped. Now I cannot wear any type of heels or sandals with a strap over the toes. I need surgery to correct the bent toe. It is bent to the piubt that it gets raw from rubbing on the toebox of most of my shoes; limiting what I can wear. I won't be returning to him...even if he was the only Podiatrist in town. These charges for that service are why our Healthcare System has so many issues. Sadly, the same Group owns several of the Foot & Ankle practices here.
