I booked via ClassPass so I was not able to choose who would be doing the massage upfront. On their site however you can choose! Emily also shared incredibly detailed instructions on how to enter the building and were to park. I wish I took photos of the establishment but you'll just have to take my word. It is absolutely beautiful and the set up is quite nice. They have spa water and normal water available. I felt very comfortable from the beginning my massage therapist shared how long she has been in the field and her background. She was about open communication which I very much appreciated! It's completely unorganized and almost impossible to navigate and comprehend. Third and foremost, IT WAS THE WORST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD! EVER! I purchased a 90-minute Swedish massage. Ken hardly used any pressure whatsoever! I asked him three different times to apply more pressure during the massage. He would for about 30 seconds to a minute and then go back to what he was doing previously. He did not massage my neck, hands or feet!?!?!?! What kind of massage is that? I had a crick in my neck that I told him about when I got there. He didn't even touch it! When I asked about it, he simply said "I did the best I could." I really appreciate the COVID safety protocols and ability to reschedule/cancel at no penalty. I have been getting massages for decades and literally never found anyone who could work out the INTENSE knots I always have in  my back without any pain. I got hot stones and aromatherapy at no extra cost, it was absolutely perfect. The location was secure, convenient, with easy street parking and massage room was comfy. I loved that she had snacks and water for afterwards. Best hot stone massage I've ever had. Also, a really relaxing scalp massage at the end. I should also mention, the 90 minute massage was 90 (and she even gave me some helpful tips on relieving some of my recurring issues after the massage ended.)
