It's hard to believe that this near perfect environment could be any better 16 years later. Well, apparently it's possible because at my daughters appointment today, from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we walked out, every single person greeted us and smiled and seemed to love their jobs. This speaks loudly to employee moral. The technician that did her pictures down to the finance lady...everybody was informative, prompt and professional. His tooth had been pulled and the orthodontist just had an appointment with my son and "examined" him prior to the meeting This is definitely an example of taking on too many patients and not giving an personalized attention!! Horrible experience!! Dr. Seretis should lose his license!! I went here with tooth pain last…read moreOctober 2025 and was told by Dr. Seretis that I would need a root canal my very first. Little did I know what a nightmare this would spiral into. Before he even started he mentioned drinking baileys in coffee as he belched it up, I should've known better and left right then and there. After the surgery (which took numerous times to numb me) I was seemingly fine but when the crown came in that's when things went south fast. The first crown I told him it was way too big to fit. Instead of pulling it out and agreeing with me he insisted it should fit and instead sanded down my perfectly healthy top teeth that I will now need crowns for. It took over 6 visits to finally receive a crown that fit and even then it looked like a freaking marshmallow! This is insane for how much I paid, I did not receive optimal work! The other staff were very nice and apologized to me repeatedly due to all the screw ups but there is no taking any of this back my teeth which were perfect are permanently ruined! I ended up not going back for fear of further risking tooth destruction. I later went to 2 different dentists to get second opinions bc my crown was hurting so bad. They both literally told me the same thing they couldn't save the crowned tooth and I would need an implant to fix it. Now on top of the bill I'm still paying Seretis, I'm also paying off the start of a long road for an implant. 8 months for this to be completed due to Dr. Thomas J. Seretis's negligence! Please if you value your teeth do not go to this butcher!
