I knew I had 2 small cavities, and felt an impact from one wisdom tooth on my bottom left side. So I naively, went by myself to Dental Boost. 15 minutes later, I walk out with an $8,000.00 bill. Their staff insisted the best option would be to get a credit card through them from "Care Credit". They said I had 12 cavities, needed 4 wisdom teeth removed for "precautionary purposes" since one was bothering me, and should get Invisalign for the ONE tooth I had that was slightly slanted to the right. (Mind you, my entire life people would compliment me on how straight my teeth were.) Oh and they charged me for both bottom and top row teeth Invisalign. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! I was naïve and thought Dr.Gabaldon was a sweet lady and that all the staff was honest and kind, little did I know they were taking advantage of me because I was 19 and I didn't have any parent or guardian with me, to call them on their bullshit. Towards the end of all the so-called treatments, the staff tried to trick me into paying an additional $2,000 that I had already paid and until I got extremely angry and had my mother speak with them, they said "Oh no, youre right! you did pay it, our mistake". Fast forward, I am 26 now, and 2 of the fillings they did came out, exposing the nerves. I go to visit another dentist, and the dentist tells me 1. I don't have fillings in any teeth except 2 molars, and it was done so poorly, that I will now need 2 root canals, and crowns for those teeth, as well as medication for an infection that the poorly done filling has caused me. This is another whopping $4,000. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TEETH, DO NOT EVER GO TO DR.GRABALDON!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL CONTINUOUSLY ABUSE YOU.GO TO A DIFFERENT HONORABLE AND HONEST DENTIST.

Sher Dental staff is not professional. I left two reviews…read morebefore and someone decided To erase them. What's wrong Ms Sher? You do not allow me a professional in my field to leave a constructive criticism of your dental services? I had a Dentist named Ms Pham who did not do the right procedure for extracting a front tooth. You are suppose to give the patient enough novocaine to numb the area so that there is no pain. Well Ms Pham gave me only two shots of novocaine and it wasn't enough. A few seconds later I screamed and told her I needed more novocaine and I started to sweat and she got my blood pressure so high that the rest of the procedure could not be done. Ms Sher was never told of the big mistake and was a covered up. It is shameless that Ms Sher never tried to reprimand her staff and I had to go somewhere else to another Dentist. I understand that Medicare has its set pricing and that is what they pay the dentists for service…read more I understand that dentists have to be creative in order to make more money that Medicare is not offering to pay. With that in mind, here is my story. I signed up to one Medicare insurance in order to take advantage of the money allowance they give on their benefit card. I lost my doctors and had to get new doctors, including dentist. But I got a good amount for food and things like utilities, uber, etc... This dentist was on the list. I called and made an appt for my 6 month teeth cleaning. Got there and first thing they did was take x-rays. Second thing they did was doctor came in and gave me an exam. Now normally, the dentist comes in AFTER the cleaning and does the exam. This dentist did the exam before the cleaning. After her exam, she told me that my mouth was unhealthy and my gums were inflamed and bleeding... SOMETHING THAT I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE! I was SHOCKED!!. How on earth did my mouth go from healthy to unhealthy in 6 months????? She refused to let the hygienist clean my teeth and told me i needed a complete mouth/gum scaling.. The insurance i had would not cover it and my out of pocket was ENORMOUS! I went home and thought about it. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I have absolutely no gum problems or gum bleeding. I called around to other Medicare plans to see who had the best dental for me... I went back to my prior Medicare insurance, got my old dentist back and made an appt for a teeth cleaning and doctor consult. Today, I got my teeth cleaned, got x-rays and the dentist did an oral exam AFTER my teeth cleaning. I asked the dentist how my mouth was. How my gums were. Are my gums bleeding. She told me my mouth is healthy, my gums do not bleed and there is no inflammation. This was a bummer. This dentist chose the wrong person to try and take advantage of Medicare with. Don't lie to me. Don't tell me my mouth is unhealthy. It will come back and bite you in the derrière.
