The dental assistant, Sandra, was very nice, professional, and gentle. She took the time to make sure I was okay throughout the visit, which meant a lot to me. The doctor was extremely calm and patient. He explained every procedure clearly and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. He was also very gentle, which helped ease my nerves. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years, and I was honestly very afraid--but this team made me feel safe and cared for. They treat you like a person, not just a patient. This used to be a good Dental practice but not anymore. Their services have gone downhill and they have become greedy. It's shameful that upon giving them your business , now your are charged 15 to 20 percent if you want to pay by credit card (surcharge). You are told that if it's a debit card you won't be charged. In other words, you are probably picking up the tap that credit cards charge them. Lets face it, there are a lot of other places that don't do this. If you choose to open up a business or a practice, you have to think about customer service and customer retention. They just lost a long time client. The dental hygienist, Julio, is excellent, and also so kind and a pleasure to see as is Dr. Quinones who is a wonderful dentist. I have so much trust in him. He's also very compassionate. In all these years I once had to call him for a pain emergency, and he helped me and saw me immediately. I have Dr. Jimenez who works on implants and is also very gifted and caring. I have been looking for a good, reputable, honest dentist since I moved to Miami more than three years ago. Smiles 4 Life would definitely qualify in this category. I have tried at least 4 or 5 dentists at different offices, usually I couldn't even make it to their offices because they were trying to scam me while I was making the appointment. I made an appointment to see Dr. Wynne, and the staff was so friendly and scheduled my exam and cleaning in the same day (that's a big feat for down here!) Dr. Wynne is an amazing doctor, extremely knowledgeable and explains everything about dental health that you need to know. Ana was my hygienist and was amazing, super friendly and great at her job. I am disappointed today with my service here today. It took 40 minutes to see my hygienist. When I was done I was instructed that my visit that it was not preventative. When I signed the paper I was handed and they should have told me it was $60. My fault I didn't read it but in the past when I owed money I was verbally told. Failure today for sure. I've been going there since I was a little girl and they are so nice and the staff is great!

Usually go every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned and they're very good. Enna, the person who does the cleaning is the main person there. She does a really good job so I highly recommend her; be sure to ask for her too. When you check in, a special comes across the phone saying that they'll give you a teeth whitening kit for $150 (regular price $300) where they'll take impressions of your teeth to make a tray; it takes about 3-4 days to get back from the lab. I haven't done it yet but it sounds like the way to go. To get your teeth whitened in the office costs $500 and takes about 2 hours. It's much faster and requires very little time, but those sensitive to this treatment need to beware. Oh, and on my most recent visit, I didn't need to wait which was great. Most places make you wait for a long time. read more

My only complaint is that there aren't many weekends appts available but I have been able to manage. The staff is nice, professional and understanding. I have not been to the dentist in years because I absolutely detest it. A friend said to go to smile for life and that she really likes it. So I went today for a checkup/cleaning by Sandra,Julio and Dr Q. It was the most pleasant dental trip I have ever had. Sandra has such a great bedside manner, she really was concerned with my comfort while taking X-rays which is a really tricky job. Julio did my cleaning and he was so gentle and had such soothing clam energy. Also great bedside manner. You can tell he really loves WhT he does. Dr Q was wonderful In my checkup, He explained things and focused on the good things w my teeth when I ended up having a lot of issues. I didn't feel judged one bit. I have been with this dental office for over 2 years and I find them to be honest (no unnecessary procedures suggested, as has happened with other dentists), punctual, accommodating (I mistakenly got there late thinking my appt was later, they worked with me to still see me) and very practical and understanding while working with me regarding billing matters. Everyone is very friendly and I've been with two different dentists and two different hygienists and can only attest to professional service all around. I've moved out of the state recently and have kept all my doctors from miami, so I travel to tackle all medical appointments in one week, this includes the folks at Smile4Life. Staff is nice and knowledgeable and Dr. Jimenez has a personal no pain policy from what he told me and it was true for me. He said it's not normal for patients to be in pain which I agree with. The price of Services was also fair. Pricing was in the upper middle. Not everyone is rich but you do get what you pay for and I felt like it was beyond fair.
