To be honest I was absolutely terrified... terrified so much that it took me two weeks after visit to complete the review!!! Let me start by saying, there's plenty of parking on the parking lot! You are know how I feel about parking! As soon as I got off the elevator I proceeded to enter the office. Everyone was so welcoming & it was such a beautiful environment. There's a helpful kiosk to your immediate left when you enter that you check in on. The check-in time takes less then 20 seconds on the kiosk. As soon as I sat down, the young lady at registration called me over to confirm my insurance information as well as other options for my mammogram. Within 5 minutes or less I was escorted to the back area. I must admit the back waiting area was just as cute clean and comfy as the previous front waiting area, but way more intimate. It was like I was at a spa! They give you calm colored gowns, the furniture's cutesy, they have reading material, water, crackers, television, and a welcoming atmosphere! The technician that came out shortly after was very very helpful, she was able to provide all information & explain all possible outcomes so that I can be prepared for whatever came my way. Everything went extremely well for me and I'm very thankful that I haven't been requested to return. I highly recommend this office to any female in need of a mammogram or speciality radiology service.
