His coat turned out beautiful with a good mix of black and white with a red face and paws. He is about 12 lbs which is not over or under weight for his size. He is a little less than 2 ft long from his nose to the base of his tail. They had him potty trained, he knew his name and was very socialized with other dogs when he was old enough for me to finally take him home. I love him.

Our dogs are part of our family. When we have puppies, they are raised in our home with us and with lots of love and affection. I never crate them and are always being played with. The puppies are born upstairs in our room and stay there with their mom until they are about 2 1/2 weeks old, then they are brought downstairs to roam the living room with everyone else. We start potty training them with puppy pads once they are brought downstairs. They are always up to date on worming which is done 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age, they will also get 2 sets of shots before ever leaving our home. My dog is battling cancer, and I took him here for probably his last surgery. Trying to get him another year. The surgery went fine, BUT THEY BURNED HIM. Poor guy does not need a burned butt in addition to cancer and surgery recovery. When I sent pictures, my intern told me "we don't think it happened here.". Right. I burned my dog on the way to surgery. And, if he had the burn when he arrived, why was it not noticed by all the people shaving him (badly) and taking rectal temperature, and examining him pre and post op? Ridiculous conversation with the intern. We'll be going to KU for any specialty services in the future.
