We brought home our 9-week-old puppy and shortly afterward discovered that he had fleas. We also learned that he had a yeast infection in his ears and ear mites. This was extremely stressful, especially with such a young puppy, and resulted in an unexpected veterinary visit and additional expenses. When we reached out to the company, we were disappointed with how the situation was handled. Rather than feeling supported after bringing home a very young puppy, we felt dismissed when we raised our concerns and expenses. I understand that puppies can develop health issues and that not every issue can be predicted or prevented. However, I expected much better communication, transparency, and support from the company after bringing home a puppy who was dealing with multiple issues so soon after purchase. The owner specifically said these were "natural" issues that can happen and the ears need to be cleaned out. Why should we be responsible for treating ear mites in our brand new puppy when we were unaware of the medical issues at the time of purchase. This experience was much more stressful than it should have been, and I would encourage future buyers to avoid this place at all costs. I would never recommend them to anyone.

He is a little less than 2 ft long from his nose to the base of his tail.
