How ever there is a texting service that answers for your voive message. I found this very unprofessional and cumbersome to exchange detailed information. Very time consuming. Apparently there is staff for texting but not for actual voice communication. Another thing disturbing was a required a $250.00 up front retainer fee before setting a appointment or knowledge of insurance carrier. This seemed pretty damn arrogant. No building of trust between patient and doctor just interested in the money more so than the care. In my world I pick my groceries and goods before I pay for them. I also pay high insurance premiums for good health care coverage so I don't have to pay directly to Physicians. Not this mans way of working with a Doctor I can trust. Mark V. Stefan spoke to my husband, who confirmed that the pain was indeed worsening. Stefan informed my husband that they were the same corporation but owned by different individuals. We asked Stefan if we could come in to see if he could help us with this problem. Stefan agreed and said he would be there. When we arrived, I must say that Stefan was excellent. He explained every detail to us and exchanged the arch support for a different pair. I've always purchased a pair of arch support in 2012, and I showed them to Stefan.
