Some doctors have this "God complex" that I read about and this is the experience that I had with Dr. Binh. He needs improvement on his bedside manners. I'm not going back to him.

And what is even more awesome is he provided additional inserts so that i could use my other sneakers and even sandals and did not have to purchase another pair of shoes!!! I am an above-knee amputee seeking a new prosthetic socket and was simply trying to find out whether the office could help me. Unfortunately, my experience on the phone was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome from the start of the conversation. Instead of trying to understand my situation or explain whether the office could assist me, I felt like I was being brushed off. At one point, I was essentially told to find somewhere else to go for treatment. As someone who relies on prosthetic care to maintain mobility and independence, being treated this way was frustrating and upsetting. I called looking for help and information, not to be spoken to disrespectfully. I hope management reviews how patients are treated over the phone because first impressions matter, especially for people seeking medical care.

I went to West Coast Brace and Limb first but went to Hanger because they were cheaper and accepted by my insurance, now I know why. They are completely outdated on their technology for these helmets made for babies heads. When we went, the man who was taking my son's measurements had obviously no experience with babies whatsoever. It took him 1.5 hours to try and do what it took 15 minutes to do at West Coast. We eventually ended up leaving because he couldn't get his machine to work correctly. This was after he insulted me by implying it was my fault my son has a flat spot on his head. We left in the middle of the exam and never heard from them again. Not even a follow up to see why we left. Unacceptable. We were there for almost 2.5 hours and nothing was completed. Stay far far away!
