Timothy then forgot the code in next order he sent, and when I called , he hung up on me--twice. Not being of a disputatious natures I was in genuine shock, and quit the practice. But not before I went out of my way to write to Dr Ang Nguyen to point out the ticking time bomb he had with staff competence and professional courtesy.
