When she showed up to do the job she asked to be paid in cash, no checks. In between other jobs she came and did the wood on the outside over the course of a couple of weeks. She came for the last bit and said she wanted to be paid for the job. I asked her if she got all of the wood, she said yes. I then showed her the vigas that she had missed. She came back and did them and then wanted to be paid in full for the job. I asked her what a bout the interior doors. She replied that I told her I didn't want her to do those. What I had said was that I wanted to have the exterior done first and then the inside. She would not make an adjustment for not doing the interior. Get it in writing if you want to deal with her. She also dripped stain all over the walls while doing the vigas. Spilled a can of stain in the gravel as well. She said she would rake it out and did not. She is not a person of her word.
