She labeled my entirely reasonable compaints to her and her staff, during which I neither raised my voice nor used foul language, verbal abuse. Her excuse for her non-performance: she was on vacation. Funny that none of her staff saw fit to mention this in reply to my multiple inquiries over her days of non-response.
