He also explained dividing up assets, trusts and the Medicaid question. It is all combined into various packages, and you chose which package you feel fits your situation the best. If you have questions or concerns regarding finances and real estate for example, he can address those, too. Even though he doesn't have a physical office, he can meet you. We had him meet us at the senior center in Eau Claire. Of course, if you don't want to meet in person, he is still quite happy to work with you. I think he has a kind disposition for dealing with Seniors and their needs. He has a genuine personality and keeps their best interests at heart. I think he knows they are a vulnerable segment of society, and I appreciate the time and effort he put into protecting my mom's final wishes.
