I messaged the dealer last Friday through Cars.com to ask about availability. I got a reply on Monday - "It's available." I then got another email from the manager mentioning special pricing just for me on that vehicle and added incentives. I replied - great, so you have any special COVID protocols, etc. Finally today - Wednesday- I got a reply saying no protocols, but let me check if the car is available. Three hours later I get another email saying it is gone, but am I interested in anything else. I had read other reviews saying that this dealer had used the same tricks before - at least this time they told me ahead of time before I went out there. Funny, though, that Honda is still on Cars.com. The fact that they told me ahead of time is keeping their review afloat at two stars. Like they care. But as far as communication and reliability, not impressed.

I reached out to the delearship to be advised we have a couple on the lot ready to go. I get there and test drive the car I immediately noticed it had no rearview mirror. I addressed it with the owner he said I got you. He come back with a little mirror up barely could see it thing was so small I advised Sir,"this is not acceptable." I don't want the car he then promised he would order me a mirror and cover and call me when it came in. That never happened. Two days in my engine light came on and the car slowed down to barely acceleration. I texted him and he got different but sent a tow truck to get it in which I had to pay for and the repair and I hadn't had the car 72 hours. He got a bad posture with me when I told him I didn't want the car. I was well within the state guidelines to return. He told be flat out I was not getting my money back and he wasn't taking the car back. Very bad disposition to man that just gave him $15,000 cash dollars. Not like you can just walk on that kind of money it's hard earned money. The car has so many issues, from a gas leak to, need brakes /rotors, needs control arms. I can't turn the ac or heat on the gas smell is so strong. Seems like he fixed one issue to bring it right back to fix another. This car was botched up to sell and these foreigners have very bad attitudes and set out to take the Americans money. He has stopped responding and I'm stuck with an Audi that I paid $15k for that needs 15k in work. I don't advise anyone to shop with the delearship. They are crooks and scam artist that buy cars for a little of nothing and triple the price. This car was purchased from Audi of Dallas in an auction for $4,000 and sold for $15k is sad.
