I was car-jacked and looking for a car to replace my 99 Camry. I chose One World because it was small and the owner runs the place. I went in to test drive a 04 Camry and it was okay but I really wanted one closer to my old one. When I brought the 04 back a 99 was being parked that was just like my old one. I took it for a test drive and loved it. It was just like my old car, same color, nicer interior and without a leaky sun-roof. This one has more miles but only 1 owner and the price was awesome! I was able to pay up front but they do provide financing. I referred a friend of mine to them and she ended up getting a car as well. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a reasonably priced used car. I've seen the same car at other places with even more miles on it for a lot more than what I paid. CHIN AND AMAD ISMAIL REFUSED TO CONVEY TITLE to me for a car I paid cash for, UNLESS I PAID EXTRA MONEY!!! It took me over 12 weeks to get title, during which time my temp tags expired and I could not register my car in NM. July 17, 2017. The Dallas Better Business Bureau recently notified me that they have approved my complaint against One World Cars, and that it is now on file for public view. June 17, 2017. I have two active complaints for fraud and extortion with the Texas Attorney General (Complaint No: CGS-62983) and the Texas Motor Vehicle Division (Dealer No: P126266) against One World Cars and its owners Amad and Chin Ismail. The car I paid cash for was filthy , sold with a bad bearing, cracked brake hoses, worn-out tires, and dirty oil. I needed a car ASAP so I bought it. It took me 12 weeks to receive title for the 2007 Volvo XC vV70 car I paid Amad and Chin Ismail over $7,000 cash for. Even after my title had been returned to Amad and Chin because they used an incorrect mailing address , they still refused to deliver title until I agreed to allow them to keep a $90 overpayment I had mistakenly made on my cashier's check for the car. During the 6 weeks my title was lost in the mail, Chin refused to help and told me to apply for a lost title myself which I did, and received a letter 30 days later from MVD that stated they could not reissue "my" title since Chin and Amad had never put the title in my name. For 10 weeks after paying cash for the car, I was unable to register it. By the time the MVD forced Chin and Amad to convey title to me, my temp tag had been expired 30 days. Chin suggested in well-documented text messages that my alternative would be to drive from Santa Fe to Dallas and pick it up myself. Literally the WORST small dealer I'd ever visited. Went to look at a specific vehicle and quickly found flaws that the owner brushed off as easy fixes. No wonder he was so resistant to providing the Carfax - turns out, it had been previously reported as stolen! We left after he badgered us to purchase it anyway - only to get a call from him later that evening, accusing us of TAKING THE KEYS TO IT! They kept up the lies until we threatened legal action, and suddenly, wow! The keys were magically located at their office again. Just recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle here, and I'm very pleased with my car and the service I received. I found the car using the carfax website, which makes it clear that this business is willing to be open and honest about their cars. They are small, and everything on their lot appeared to be of good quality. They have a mechanic shop on site that services the cars before selling them, and they definitely stand behind the quality of their cars. There is no haggling on prices here, because they are that confident about their cars. The vehicle I purchased came with a two year maintenance service, and I suspect that all of their vehicles come with it. They were even gracious when they allowed my mechanic to inspect the car I wanted to purchase without any qualms. I will likely return to them for my next pre-owned car. read more

Today I was trying to help my wife purchase a car for herself. She found two cars online at One World Cars. So we stopped by to take a look. As we were on the lot I saw a man that I would have presumed to be the manager told a salesperson to help us. When the salesperson walks up he didn't say anything and just look at us. So I said could we look at these specific cars? In which he responded "Yes". From then on everything he said was a one answer response. It was so bad that I had to ask if we were bothering him. And of course his answer was "No". I tried to push through it because the car was a good price and I know she wanted it. But, I couldn't do it any more and asked him was he trying to sell a car or does he has something else to do? Which he answered sarcasticlly "What do you want me to do"? At this point I lost it to the point my wife was watching me become un-hinged and was trying to get me out of there. I have bought a lot of cars in my time but this was the ABSOLUTY the worse experiance I have ever had. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go there. We bought an Audi Q5 two weeks ago. Driving home, the add oil light came on. We took it to have the oil changed. Two days later, the check engine light came on. We took it to an Audi dealership and paid $1100 in service repairs. 3 days later, the oil light came back on and we took it back to Audi dealership. They said it is leaking oil at a rapid rate. He was dishonest with me from the very beginning. These guys are Jokers. They obviously fake a lot of reviews to get their rating, but if you read the individual reviews, you'll see what the truth is. I called ahead to test drive a car, and drove 30 minutes to get there, and then the guy would not let me test drive it, saying that due to covid-19 they were trying to limit client interaction with the cars. What happened is, the car looked like crap, the paint was in REALLY terrible condition, and the rear hatch struts were blown. I wanted to test drive it anyway, because these are fixable things, but when I asked to, instead asked me when I'd be ready to drive away with it. I laughed, in a friendly way, and said, first I will have to test drive it, then we would discuss the condition, then I would have to have a mechanic assess it before I would drive it away. He suggested I should bring a mechanic to him instead..???... then said there was no room for changing the price, and refused to let me drive the car, even though I hadn't asked to negotiate the price yet. The car was priced as if in good condition, which it definitely was not. What an unprofessional & rude waste of my time. read more

We just said our concerns about the missing chair and little cosmetic stuff. We already installed our son car seat in and ready to test drive. Then that rude salesman told us if we don't agree with his price then we shouldn't drive it. We didn't even mention about the price yet. Great service. Friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and the cars are worth the asking price. Went there after looking at their inventory online. I wanted to pay cash and there were three cars from their inventory i had in mnd. All three cars were exactly as advertised. Ended up getting a 2008 Ford Expedition fully loaded and nothing wrong. With a car 10 years old you expect it to have a lot of miles but it was under 200k. Drove it home over some of the roughest roads you can imagine and the suspension was wonderful never even noticed a bump. If you are looking for a good used car this is the place to go. They care about the customers and dont try to sell you junk. Cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

If I could write a review without giving any stars I would. This is the worst place I've ever been to to shop for a car. The owners are rude and don't give you any information on the cars. The "salesman" wouldn't talk to us - basically just followed us around looking at his phone. When I emailed the owner to complain about the lack of service, he countered by saying I was looking at several cars and didn't stay within a certain price range. There were no prices marked on the cars so how was I supposed to know what the prices were? I also didn't know that there was a limit apparently to the number of cars or price points that you could look at. The owner then responds to my husband's review here by saying that they are getting bad reviews from people who aren't really looking to purchase a car. So people just drive to this particular car lot to look around and leave a bad review? It has nothing to do with the unprofessional, rude behavior, and possibly shady dealings? Who likes the hassle associated with buying a car? No one (as you can see by my previous review of Traditional Autos). This experience was night and day to that place. I don't jack around when it comes to cars..I hate everything associated with buying them. I want to find what I want, get in and get out. I found some cars on cars.com..and it led me to this dealer. Their reviews on google and cars.com were good and they had what I wanted. They're literally a block from my job, so it was really convienant as well. I filled out my financing app online(saving time, cause I hate wasting that...you don't get it back you know), and called and spoke with Delphina, who was sweet and helpful. Once I was approved and the terms were set...again over the phone..I went down at opening time, walked to the car, drove it (HOLY SHIT WHIPLASH!!! Gotta watch that accelerator:-)) and said let's do this! I was out in an hour and a half. Thanks also to AK, who did my paperwork..very nice guy. I'm so happy with my car, I've driven pieces of shit for a minute now..it was nice to finally get something I not only needed..but wanted. :-) They made it happen and I'll be back...hopefully no time soon though;-) read more
