I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Trophy Nissan (Off Galloway) Between misleading…read morewarranty promises, questionable service practices, and unhelpful management, this dealership has completely lost my trust--and my future business. In July 2024, I purchased a high-priced "Gold" battery for $470 after the dealership hyped it up, heavily selling me on a 7-year warranty. Based on that promise, I felt the steep price tag was worth the peace of mind. That was my first mistake. Fast forward to May 22, 2026: I took my car in for a routine oil change. My service advisor texted me a list of recommended repairs (brakes, coolant), which I addressed via text. However, when I was handed the physical paperwork at pickup, a "new battery" was suddenly listed as a needed repair--an item entirely left off the text. When I pointed this out and advised the service advisor to replace it on the spot, the advisor claimed the paperwork was likely a mistake meant for another customer. He said he had the tech re-check my battery, came back, and assured me my battery was "good". Just two and a half months later (August 2026), my battery is completely dead, and I am left having to jump-start my car. I scheduled an appointment on 8/17/26 expecting the 7-year warranty to cover it. Instead, the advisor informed me that because I was past the 2-year mark (which passed in July), I would have to pay a prorated amount. I informed him that back in May 22nd, their own paperwork originally flagged that I needed a battery. I expressed to him that obviously my battery was failing in May and had they replaced it then, it would have been replaced at 100%. I informed my service advisor that twilling me it was "good" felt like a deliberate move to stall until my 2-year full-replacement window expired, forcing me to pay out-of-pocket later. When I purchased this battery, no one ever disclosed that the warranty shifted to a prorated structure after two years. I paid double what an auto parts store would charge based on false confidence in a sales pitch. When I brought these concerns and the timeline to the manager, Pansy, she showed zero empathy, made no effort to rectify the situation, and didn't even attempt to offer a resolution. This dealership engages in dishonest tactics, ignores its own service documentation, and refuses to stand by the products they aggressively sell. This was my first Nissan, and it will be my last. Trophy Nissan has left a terrible taste in my mouth, and I strongly advise anyone looking for honest service to take their business elsewhere.

I purchased a car from this dealership in May 2025, and I have had nonstop issues ever since. Just…read moreone week after purchase, the check engine light came on. I had to bring the car back 6-7 times before it was even somewhat fixed. Not long after, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their shop. I was without a vehicle for over a week. When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying a car here to think twice.Save yourself the stress, money, and safety risk, I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone

So impressed and he is truly so humble. No words... Go see him- You'd be glad you did. He is a Sales Manager and what I can't seem to understand is how is not like other sales folks in the industry. Won't push you, won't manipulate you but will help and will agree witt you if you point out something wrong. Truly impressed and thank you. *****Out of state buyers beware******** I really do not know…read morewhere to start here but lets start with I purchased a Cadillac CTS V and took position of the vehicle on 7/14/26. Lets start with the issues from this date 1st test drive with the car straight off transporter the transmission was shifting very harsh and was Shuddering throughout the whole test drive. I was scared to shit that I was sold a car with a bad transmission. 2nd issue during the drive was car felt very wobbly in the back and as soon as I hit any uneven road car felt like it wanted to loose control. 3rd issue with the car was the radio. The radio plays for 2 to 3 minutes at a time and the whole system reboots or freezes. 4th issue with the car was coolant was empty on both tanks. Oil change was not done and car was at 75% oil life when it reached me. These are the main issues and I will not go into the amount of body and interior damage that was not told to me upfront after asking multiple times to please let me know every and any imperfections so I can know up front and decide if this is the car for me as this is a speciality car and should be in the best condition possible especially at the price I paid. I have spoken with Jb at the dealer immediately following all this but of course it was pushed over to the sales Manager and from the sales manager I was pushed to service manager who never reached out to figure out my issues. My brand new car has been at a certified Cadillac repair shop since the 1st week I received the car and have yet to get it back. Here is what I know so far The dealer did Zero service to the car and was not looked over at all. I looked over the original photos of the car for sale and from the photos of the hood open you can see that there was no coolant in the tanks. The car had old oil and a old oil filter which means a oil change was not done. Everyone knows if these 2 things were not done and looked over what makes you think they did anything else. The vehicle was also put on a lift and to my surprise the Right rear control arm was bent , the 2 rear tires were mount backwards as the outside was blatantly says INSIDE and they mounted it outside. Car was completely out of alignment as well. I have alignment spec sheets to provide for proof. The transmission on this car had a tsb which the dealer advised they knew about it and should be done but as you can see they did not. I had the service done and GUESS what it is better but did not fix the problem 100% and now I have to put a torque converter on a car I have yet to put 200 miles. The radio needed a brand new radio module called a HMI that needed to be programmed to the car. Long story short this dealer got me pretty good and held the lube while they were at it. I have not heard from them in a few weeks and not one person has reached out to see how is it going and if I got my car back. Any honest and respectful dealer would have made right by this already and checked in with me. My hopes is that this dealer makes right by me and if that is the case I will be more then happy to adjust my review. If not I will be unfortunately taking legal action. I have provided to the dealer proof of all and if anybody else needs proof please just reach out to me and I will provide. I have 100% proof of everything stated here
