My name is Brian and I was on parole when I was charged with habitual operation of a motor vehicle after suspension. After my arrest I was appointed an attorney from the public defenders office. After she made several bad moves and my spending 3 months trying to communicate with her from jail to no avail, I fired her. My partner was wrongly accused of drinking and driving under the influence by a NH officer and temporarily arrested and placed in jail for a night. About 8 months ago I was arrested for a DWI, while parked at a closed convenient store in NH.
