I am not fluent with Yelp but as you can see I downloaded pictures from the early 90's in and…read morearound '93' of the house... Like I say: I took out a Building Permit with the City of Worcester. The Building Inspector's name at the time was Mike Pace. So, I was a Carpenter in Local 107; the Carpenter's Union in Worcester. My dad was MA State Buildings Inspector up until around 1985. I graduated from WBTHS, Worcester Boys Trade High School in 1974. The City can't find the records. I drew all the Plans up at the Carpenter's App Training Center back in 1992. But my mom subsequently destroyed the plans, and had the City records Kaput, I think she trashed it all. I don't know where anything is? The City ought to have the records fair and square. And they evidently don't. Anyway; I got everything all signed off by the Electrical Insp. the Fire Department, The Plumbing Inspector, and the Carpentry too; with an 'Occupancy Permit' too, back then in '93'; I've been living here ever since. I've showed you only the outside, I can't even begin what was going on, on the inside yet. I forgot to post the new Boiler room picture and the heating baseboards... I'm not good with YELP 21 Esther Street There's 4 floors here, plus a cellar underneath, I just spent 1 month getting my daughters gas fired hot forced water boiler all up and running...& spending $1,000.00 dollars It wouldn't work right for weeks, then I finally got it. At the building department the guy could only find a recent permit for plumbing in 2012. All sewage was coming up through the toilets in the basement because the city raised the sewage lines in the street with a larger circumference pipe in the street where top portion of the pipe was above the toilets in the basement. So; I've been doing maintenance all these years, even that plumbing permit was for a 'Back-flow preventor Valve' due to the city's new sewage pipes in the street... I had to instruct Mom to get a Back-Flow-Preventer Valve. I had to clean-up all little shit balls all over the basement apartments because the City put a new Pipeline in. The top of the wider pipe was above the toilets in the basement, so when it went over capacity the toilets over-flowed due to no back-Flo preventer valve in between. So who cleaned all that up and threw-out the rugs while mom got an insurance check for a flood and she got reimbursed for a Back-Flo preventer Valve which I recommended. It took weeks to dis-infect the place and get it back to normal. This is just one small maintenance problem over the years I've been here. But in times of flooding the pipe fills-up, the water, was higher than the basement apartment... so I had to rip all the rugs out in the basement and disinfect... my mom got flood insurance and the City had to reimburse her for the 'Back-Flow Preventer Valve', and the installation. Yes all these years doing maintenance thing here; for free My mother was getting old and she a type of had dementia from smoking cigarettes her whole life, especially when she passed away, but she had it due to smoking all them years... Deprivation of oxygen. Anyway; my sister steered her in all her decisions before my mom died... She had a bad time of it and turned afraid with a type of paranoia from dementia... I could only try to stay away. I have to go way out of my way all the time to not say anything outlandish to my sister as she is there only to smile and ANTAGONIZE any situation, that is to say, that she goes way out of her way to start conflicts by antagonization methods, she calls just to try to talk down to me? Her Lawyer stated that they were closing at the end of the month, this month January. I don't really know how they can Close on the house without any notice like in a week. I guess I got a letter I just found: "Attorney Josephine Valer from Michael Matthews. Hi, good morning, Mr. Matthews. My name is attorney Josephine Velia. I represent your sister Susan Luton. Can you give me a call the office? Uh, I'm gonna send you an email, um, my office is actually closed today, but it's 508-987-3981. I am looking to discuss with you um the execution of the deed. And a resolution, um, this is supposed to be closing at the end of January. So, give me a call so that you and I can discuss it and see if we can work out something to get it resolved for all parties. Thank you" from her attorney The Fire Inspector's Last Name was 'Sena'; He's now about 88 now: I think he's still alive actually, they must've suspected arson as he always looked at me kind of funny on other jobs. Wow! After going to Iraq a couple times: I got a Bachelors Degree there in Building Construction Management, from 2012 to 2016 at Wentworth Institute of Technology: 'WIT". I guess the lot in the back of the three decker is still in the kids names because when my dad passed in 1988 half the back-lot went to the kids whereas the other h

I had been trying to get my disability for almost 5 years when I finally found him a competent and confident lawyer And he jumped right in straightened everything out, directed me to what I needed to do and I got all my backpay and full disability within a short time of having him on my case and without him, I don't think anything would've gotten settled they (ssi )just kept dragging me along telling me they lost my paperwork. Oh, it wasn't filed incorrectly . I got to do it again then there was the coronavirus and they just kept coming up with reasons why my case wasn't going anywhere so he basically saved my life and I will always be grateful. He really cares about people he'll listen to you he'll answer all and any questions he answers his phone day and night, and always gets back to you and he's very committed to any cases he takes up, and he is very informed. My only regret is not finding and hiring him sooner. Also, he's very honest he will not overcharge you like other attorneys that charge for staples and pennies and paper he is very straight up about what he is going to charge you and that is what he charges you. There's no surprises at the end of the case like I said, I highly recommend him. Without him I don't know where I would be. He seriously gave me what little time I have left back so I don't have to spend it fighting with Social Security. He did that for me.

In the letter advising us of our impending hearing, there were several suggested law firms to call. This was the first one we contacted and were lucky enough to be connected to Attorney Michael Mason. The lawfirm charged a flat fee and then gives a reduced rate flat fee if there's an appeal. Mr. Mason was extremely affable and explained the process clearly. He took a lot of the anxiety out of the experience, because he was soft-spoken, optimistic, and organized. I liked him too because he looked like Casey Affleck; my husband was impressed that he knew stuff about the Scottish Premier League. The professionalism of Corrigan, Bennett and Belfort was highlighted on the day of the hearing, when our well-prepared and calm Mr. Mason went up against the disorganized and nervous lawyer for the company. I also think his experience in the unemployment hearings office was a factor in our receiving the judgement so quickly. The next day--and the hearing didn't finish until 2:30pm--we got notice in the mail that the company had lost and that we got to keep the unemployment. I was actually going to give the law firm five stars anyway, but getting notice so fast after Mr. Mason had advised us that that particular judge was usually very fast just affirmed his skills. Should you ever also find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing an employment lawyer, I would definitely recommend this firm. They are (relatively) affordable, straightforward, professional, experienced and kind.

I was eminently impressed with how Todd conducted himself during this arbitration hearing. He was skilled, articulate, and knowledgeable. Additionally, Todd was thoroughly prepared for this case, and he conducted a very impressive cross examination of the opposing party's witnesses, including an expert witness. As a result of Todd's hard work and perseverance, the client was able to obtain a much higher award than was previously offered. His dedicated passion and zealous advocacy greatly impressed me i would highly recommend Todd and his firm to anyone dealing with a civil litigation matter, including any employment law matter, business matter real estate litigation matter or a matter involving a dispute with an insurance company.
