I've been to this establishment on a regular basis for almost a year. Just walked out with my hair still wet because I'd been waiting for the stylist for 20+ minutes to get to me. Once again left waiting while she attended another double-booked appointment. My time isn't MORE valuable, but it's AS valuable as anyone else's. In this economy, I feel fairly confident my time and money will be better spent elsewhere. Front desk and ancillary staff are very good, great customer service. Hair stylist not so much. If my 5-weeks-out knee replacement wasn't killing me, I might've stuck it out, (made that clear before booking a month ago). I even switched the date at late notice, per her text request this past Saturday, and that wasn't the first time. I paid her for the color, but since she didn't get around to the cut after being there an hour after scheduled appointment time, my forbearance had been drained. read more

This salon is one of the most professional, yet comfortable places I've been to. Great, kind, welcoming atmosphere and stylists! Heather did an AMAZING job on my hair, and helped me relax and be more confident in a somewhat drastic change! I told her what I wanted, and she did so much more! Not to mention for the level of professionalism and knowledge I was blown away and pleased with such low prices. I was referred by my sister and niece for Melissa. I was extremely nervous as I have very long hair and have not had any luck in the past for success. A lot of hair to mess up. Melissa listen and asked for me to bring pictures. She is the only hair dresser that was able to cut layers without losing a lot of length. She was extremely professional. I just had my hair done by Jennifer yesterday, and she is absolutely phenomenal!! She is super professional, sweet, and makes you laugh too! Not mention how super fast she is! I got a shampoo, haircut , blow dry, and style, plus a consultation all in under an hour! My hair came out terrific and I got compliments on it All night! I had read all the reviews praising Jennifer's hair styling abilities so I decided to find out for myself. I am very pleased to be yet another fan of Jennifer's and loved the way she colored, cut and blow dried my hair. This salon is actually is a collection of independent stylists. It's not fancy, but it is well kept and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and I was greeted by Jennifer within a few minutes of arriving for my appointment. Top notch hair salon. Heather was terrific! She cut my hair like I wanted without cutting it too short. I was nervous at first being it was my first visit, but after meeting Heather felt like I've been going there a very long time. If you want a dynamite hair cut Heather is your lady. I've been getting my hair cut by Stan since Rhapsody opened. The salon is clean, spacious, and well laid out, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Stan complains that I don't get my hair cut often enough, but he cuts it so well, it grows out nicely and always looks good. Big fan! read more
