She is one of the few stylist who actually recommends coming in and looking at your head/hair before quoting a definite price, so that was a HUGE plus. She said she had her own shop in Texas for over a decade, and her professionalism showed. Her shop (on the 2nd floor of the Bank of America building) took me by surprise, as in Atlanta, I'm used to a different setting, but it was carpeted, just the right size and very clean. She offfered snacks (without asking), had the television volume down to a minimum, and when others walked in, she excused herself and came back very quickly. Even her phone etiquette was on point--her phone rang 3 times, and each conversation lasted less than a minute (her comments were, "I'm with a customer now, I'll have to call you back."). The overall result: Veronica was timely, friendly, reasonably priced ($160 for senegalese twists; I usually pay $180-200 anywhere else), and was relatively fast. This place is pretty popular. I've never had to wait personally though. There's many talented professionals working here, and yes, the prices could be high because well it's Peachtree City, and you get what you pay for. My shampoo was the most thorough I have had in a long time and the deep conditioning steam treatment was great for my hair. I walked in with puffy roots and I am leaving silky smooth. I appreciate their attention to detail. The prices are reasonable. For my length, my shampoo was $55. Then, I added on a deep conditioner and trim. I am very pleased.
