Despite heavy rains, there was zero pooling; the rain gutters were routed directly into pipes beneath the concrete for a clean, streamlined look. - Smart Home Integration: All landscape lighting and irrigation were hooked up to smart-home enabled controllers for total automation and convenience. - The office staff was very responsive, addressing any concerns or follow-up questions usually within a single business day. Out of all the quotes I received, they are competitively low. I usually have good communication with their assistant Emilio but response can be slow especially when trying to figure out when they will arrive and not show up until someone message me late of the delay. The contractors that did the demolition did not speak English well for me to clarify a request so some things went off as planned, but I ended up with a thicker stronger slab. Quality wise, the top finish was really nice but the pour on the first half left lots of honeycomb on the sides after the wood form were removed. After asking if they can honor their statement of customer satisfaction, Eduardo (owner) personally came in to repair it. It was a bumpy first experience, but I am satisfied with the final result. In 2025 a fence put up by Ergeon in 2018 falling down. Center Post failing. This involved taking down the fence around the post, and removing the concrete bottom and failing post. Turned out that the culprit was termites invading from the bottom of the post and weakening it. Apparently the concrete bottom did not cover the bottom of the post.

After a recent rain we can confirm the water is flowing away from the house and the broom finish and joint lines turned out nicely. As a result his company was reprimanded by the CSLB. 3) Marcos has declared bankruptcy. Do not use this man. He is a con man and does terrible work. Maybe the stone looks good. We hired Leticia to pour a large stamped patio. When completed the Far East half of the stamping was barely there due to the concrete setting up. When she saw the job she knew it was done poorly but refused to correct it. She did offer to saw cut the area which would not look correct or tie in with the other section. When I requested that she complete the job per our contract she refused and later I received a notice of a lien from star concrete because she never paid her contractor. Because of this I had to pay them 2368Since I have filed a claim with the state contracts board. Currently under investigation. Now we have to get the concrete removed and repoured to look right. A simple job that just wasn't managed well and held no accountability. Very disappointed considering the history of this company and the reviews I saw before hiring her. Be very careful.
