TERRIBLE PLACE. my roommate adopted a very sweet cat (named grady). we were told that she was in good health. i noticed at this shelter, one of her eyes were more dilated than the other (it also looked like it was hurt) and i asked the employee what that's about. she reassured me that the cat was in good health. my roommate brought the cat to the vet to check it. we were told that this sweet cat has neurological issues, that her eye needed to be removed, and that she should NOT have been adopted. oh and i forgot to mention that they said she was 8. the vet said she was at least 12-14. terrible place.

    Rascal our little climber cat.

I have Fostered kitten for the shelter and adopted four kittens from them. They have all been sweet healthy kittens. They all adjusted well with my other pets. I have found nothing negative about this shelter. They have all been helpful and wanting the best for the animals in their care. Sweet Pea, Jackie Blue, Little Bit and Rascal were all my Foster kittens. They have been with us now for 3 years after I adopted them. Stormie was a stray I picked up over 13 years ago.

I honestly wouldn't recommend this shelter for anyone, the front desk white lady is unprofessional has a rude attitude and even told other staff not to give me the dog, im very disgusted by the way she talk to me. It's such a difficult process to adopt a dog when we're just trying to get him a home.

My husband and I went here on 8-24-18 to look at a kitten we saw posted on their Facebook page. We were helped by Brad whom was very nice and personable. We ended up adopting the cute kitty and get to pick her up soon after she gets spayed.

They take your money but don't actually care for your pet. Instead they will drop it off at a kill…read moreshelter (the exact thing they were supposed to avoid). Con artists. Disabled their whole page and social media due to being caught. Do not use. Bailey and Reagan are not good people or the animal lovers they pretend to be. *Update- nice of them to reply. However the business was only in business for one month and they are already being criminally investigated and potentially sued. If you are a pet rescue you are supposed to take in animals whose owners passed but did not want the animal put down. That is the definition of a rescue and not people giving up on animals. Instead you took the dog of a man who passed and surrendered him to a kill shelter while taking money from the estate for food and expenses for the dog. Based on your reply I can see why the business only lasted a month (even though you portrayed that you were doing this a long time and were reputable). I guess the imbecile thing was people not doing enough research to know this was not the case. I am glad you will no longer be in the position to take advantage of vulnerable people trying to figure out what to do with a loved ones animal during their worst time. Considering in this case the family drove to the kill shelter to recuse the dog just shows how involved they were and what a con artist you are. *

That's all it is!! I had my dogs in my care for 8 years! The only reason I reached out because I wanted to find somewhere they could be in good hands because I couldn't have them anymore I was moving to another state and was a single mother.. I tried to check in about my dogs damn near every week. I got all the information, and there is more information that is coming in. I have pictures of my dogs the day I gave them to them. And pics of when they went into the shelter. They were covered in feces and urine. My one dog who they had to put down couldn't even hold in his own poop, and he couldn't walk.. in the matter of A MONTH!!!!!!! Not once did they call me text me. Instead they lied to me They blocked my number. But I made sure I told Bailey I will be coming for him and Reagan. And I will not sleep until they are punished. I have no idea what my dog went through. And I know it was not good. I saw the pics before he was put down and he looked terrible both of my babies under weight.. I didn't even get to say good bye to my baby. May his soul rest in peace. But I will make this Big thing and I will not stop!!!

I decided to give it another try but instead of taking him to the Kissimmee location, I would now take him to the St.Cloud Location. The day before his appointment, I received a call for confirmation to take him. I was mind blown because this was the first time a petsmart has called at all. The gentleman was really polite on the phone and reminded me to bring all his updated records to his appointment. Day of appointment: We had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. I arrived a few minutes lates because of the traffic and once I got there I realized I scheduled before opening hours. There's a bell that you can ring and they'll open the door for you so you can take them to the grooming section. First impression: I was amazed of how big and clean it was and how it didn't have that animal scent as other stores. Once I got in, I got greeted by a lovely young lady. She went ahead and asked me all the questions and then explained to me what they were going to do. Any concerns I had were completely answered and she made me feel comfortable on dropping my dog Zero off. I had voiced to both of the young ladies that at the other location they didn't listen and groomed my dog incorrectly. Pick up time: Time for me to pick up my baby Zero. Before I head out, they sent me a picture of Zero when he was completely ready and another email to let me know he was ready for pick up. When I got there, they were still in high spirits and gave me his paw report. He came out a different dog, different as in happy this time. I've never seen Zero come out as happy after taking to the groomers. He was looking so clean and so perfect. They even gave him an adorable bandana. Overall, I'm really happy with this location and everyone was really helpful and nice. I'll be back in two months for another appointment :)

Staff looked bothered to see me. Asked me how many fish were going in the tank and size. I said only one and 5 gallons. She said I needed a 10 gallon tank but she could sell me a shrimp or beta for mine. I wanted the fish so I told her I had a 10 gallon tank (for a $4 half inch fish). She asked me to point it out in the isle. Went and spoke to cashier and came back. Asked which one I wanted. I told her any in that tank that was alive. She struggled for 2-3 minutes. Got irritated and threw the net in the sink (check your cameras 8/16) then went to the front and grabbed a larger net. Struggled some more. When I went to pay was again asked about the size of the tank (for the half inch $4 fish). What's worse a half inch fish in a 5 gallon tank or 30+ in a half gallon tank. I should be the one scolding you ‍
